I had a confirmed ticket bearing PNR no: XCEYGT from Calicut to Hyderabad. i booked the ticket in ixigo mobile application. so the flight departure time is 1:30PM, i arrived the airport at 12:30, but they didn't give my tickets, the Spicejet staffs told me you're late by the software and something like that. And they told me you're seats are booked by some one other person and finally they can't help me its a internet error. actually i arrived at 1 hour before but I don't know why this happens. they arrange me to the next flight actually it's a connection flight at 5:20PM so i arrived Hyderabad at the next day 12:30 AM, actually I scheduled to arrive Hyderabad at 3:30PM but I arrived at 9hour last so i suffer lot by this much late and i lost my valuable time and money.

Who will compensate these things actually the behaviour of the Spicejet staffs are very poor. So i really need a remedy to this issue, i hope you to understand the the seriousness of this issue, its a matter of trust.

We travelled at your spicejet airlines of flight NO -SG 658.but in this travel our infant whose date of birth is 30/01/2017 ,at the boarding time, at counter forced us to pay full ticket amount of the infant. We also paid that amount. But he got the ticket at emergency door. Which is not possible to sit the infant at emergency door. So, your crew members took my infant to me and the infant journey in at my same seat. My infant name is Ananya Ansuman lenka. And seat NO -29E.(at the emergency door). So,kindly refund my infant ticket money.

My respected sir,

My PNR NO isY7LK5S in flight no Is SG658 .There we total 5 nos i. e. 4 adult and 1 infant =5 Nos travel in this flight from Gauwahati to Calcutta at the time 15.25 pm on the dtd-13/11/2019.as there your ticket counter placed in the Gauwahati Airport took full payment of 4 adult and 1 infant from me, but it is very badly sadness to tell this grievance that at the boarding ticket counter, the counter lady forcefully took the full amount from the infant compulsory. Also i gave that amount but Will fully, the counter lady gave the seat to the infant at near the emergency door. As there be a system in spicejet airlines that no infant as well as child never seat near at the emergency door. The crew member took my infant to me and my infant sat on my premises.so,as taking will fully full payment of my infant and place his seat at the emergency door and also my infant sat on my premises. Spicejet did not inform me about the cancellation on flight on 16/03/2019. I was about to reach Airport and I called the customer service and then they inform me about the cancellation only when I asked them.

On 24th March i booked a to and fro ticket between Vijayawada (VGA) and Bengaluru (BLR) for 24/3/2019 and 25/4/2019. the return date was put as 25 April by mistake. i completed my trip by buying another one way ticket from BLR to VGA. i want to know what i should do cancel the return part of the to and fro ticket, with PNR no. 15FQMY.

I am very disappointed by your services. My flight no SG 579, from Bagdogra to Kolkata. I have miss guided by the staff, they have wrongly tagged my luggage from Bagdogra. I have landed to Kolkata air port and currently waiting for my bag. Tomorrow morning at 4:15 am I have another flight to Hyderabad from Kolkata.

हम 8 लोग स्पाइसजेट विमानसे श्रीनगर से होकर मुंबई यात्रा करने के लिए श्रीनगर पहुँचे. श्रीनगर एर्पॉर्ट पहुँचनेपर स्पाइसजेट के चेकइन काउंटरपर हमने हमारे फ़्लाइट के टिकिट निकालने के लिए गए स्पाइसजेट काउंटरपर हमें कहा गया कि आपके साथ 4 छोटें बच्चें हे आप 1200/-रूपीज़ पर सीट के टोटल 8*1200=9600/- देकर आप एक्स्ट्रा लेगरूम , सब लोग साथ में बैठ सकते हे, luggage आपको कैरी करने की ज़रूरत नहीं हैं, लंच आपको दिल्ली से मुम्बई फ़्लाइट में दिया जाएगा यह सब कहकर बोला गया की यह सब के आपको परसीट 1200/- रूपीज़ याने 8*1200=9600/- दे दो स्पाइसजेट आपको यह सब सर्विस देगा यह कहने के बाद हमें कहाँ गया कीं हमारे पास 7 टिकिट अभी अवेलबल हैं आप हमें 7 सीट के 7*1200=8400 /- रूपीज़ दे दो ऐसे कहाँ गया. यह कहने के बाद हमने 8400/- रूपीज़ HDFC बैंक के कार्ड से दे दिए. हमें काउंटर पर श्रीनगर से दिल्ली और दिल्ली से मुम्बई टिकिट दे दिए . जब हम दिल्ली से मुम्बई फ़्लाइट में जब दिल्ली से SG-161 (Date-15 May 2019) फ़्लाइट में पहुँचे तो हमारे टिकिट न. 7A, 7B, 7C, 16A, 16B, 16C, 16F, 14F थे.

अंदर जब हम सीट पर बैठने के लियें गये तो हमें कहाँ गया कीं 16A,16B,16C,16F सीट इमर्जेन्सी विंडो सीट है. यहाँ पर छोटें बच्चें नहीं बैठ सकते ऐसा कहकर हमें सब सीट अलग अलग जगह पर दे दिए. हमारे बच्चें अलग अलग जगह पर बिठा दिए उसमें हमारे 2 सीट वेस्ट गए.हम सब अलग अलग जगह पर बिठा दिए हमारा सब traveling वेस्ट गया और हमारा टाइम भी वेस्ट गया पूरे traveling में हमसे दिमाग़ लगाया गया . ऐसी सर्विस आज तक हमें किसी फ़्लाइट में नहीं मिलीं .स्पाइसजेट में हमें बहुत परेशानी हुईं है .अगर हमारे साथ छोटें बच्चें थे तो वहाँ इमर्जेन्सी विंडो सीट हमें देने नहीं चाहिए थे. यह सब स्पाइसजेट की ग़लती है . हमें हमारे 8400/- रूपीज़ वापस दिए जाए . हमारा mob no. 9823232486और 9763545678 है . हमें रिप्लाई करे.थैंक्स.

Can spicejet start direct flight to azamgarh from delhi or chennai or bangalore. Because nowadays so many passengers traveling to these city for their job (mostly IT job). It has to go to Varanasi right now for taking flight that is taking more time. Please think about it.

I'm traveling with spicejet flight no. SG6702 on 30-06-2019. During taking the baggage I found handle of one bag was broken. I complain with spicejet staff. They not helping me and told that you complain on website.

My pnr is GHVZUR. Me and nephew went to Thailand.I don't know what's the with Thai immigration they denied for visa and they pit me in jail and keep my nephew at another place.the airline staff took 700US$ for ticket.now 3hours passed but they didn't provide me the ticket. Everybody know the ticket is not too much expensive.please help us.
