I buy Airtel 4G Hotspot on 23.03.2019 from Ambattur Branch cost of the Instrument Rs. 999/- and the Post paid plan for Rs. 599/- per month. The 4G Hotspot was not working since I was purchased and Internet WIFI connection frequently disconnected for the last one week I was used only 100 MB instead of the Plan for 100GB per Month!!!.
Today (30.03.2019) I went to Airtel showroom at Ambattur Branch which I was purchased the Hot Spot. The counter staff and customer representative also checked my Hot spot and found this was not working at Airtel showroom also. I want return the Hot spot to the Ambattur Branch and barred my Hot spot service from today (30.03.2019) onwards.
But the Counter staff of Airtel refuse to Barred my connection and return the Hotspot money also and they take the Customer complaint without my consent and informed me this will resolve next 48 hours!!!.
But I don't want this Hot spot and return to Airtel Showroom and get back my money with deduction of one week usage 100MB which was not used this Hot spot. But the Ambattur Branch was not accepting my request and leave me to rise complaint like this.
I raised my complaint now kindly resolve this and refund my money and barred the service from Today (30.03.2019) onwards as per my request.
Data speed
I recharged with 399 pack which offers unlimited calls and 1gb per day internet but I am not able to access internet. This is continuously repeating. My mobile number is 7416181807.
Plan change without my concent
I want to know that without my concent my postpaid plan change. But why? I request to you that immediately convert my old plan Rs.99. If not convert my old plan than my all postpaid connection will be port to others mobile service providers.And also I will not pay my current bill.So I hope you will correction my current bill and then I pay to you.

I am 68 yrs old . Went to above office today at 10.00am for getting my prepaid plan activated. My token no was 2. I was asked to deposit the amt of Rs495/ somewhere else as their cashier starts work at 11 am although he was sitting inside. This was my 3rd visit during the last 5 days. Earlier mine was postpaid no. When I tried to talk to the incharge Mr Tarun he was very rude but when I asked him to give me the contact no of Chandigarh corporate office he flatly refused and told me dont be hyper. When I asked his name then suddenly he changed his behaviour and at 10.30 got the amt deposited, The work culture is very bad just like Govt offices. Perhaps such employees are the main cause for reducing the no of airtel customers.
Difficult to understand exorbitant bills by AIRTEL
MY Airtel mobile number is 8220934999. I was under a plan 10GB DATA for RS.100/mth. I was paying like that for more than a year. Suddenly on 27/02/2019 I got a bill Rs.4531. when enquired I was told that my plan changed and I am bound to pay that. I do not remember having changed the plan.
I do not understand how can somebody change to such costly plan without my consent.
I paid Rs.4531 on 28/02/19 because I did not want to pay late fee. On the same day I have requested for cancellation of services. In spite of that I got another bill for 2622 and then another bill for Rs 2568 yesterday. my contact with customer service agents resulted in no resolution. FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH, I AM NOT USING THE SERVICES. MAY I TALK TO SOME RESPONSIBLE PERSON. My ph: 8754769483.

Wrong billing charges of netflix in my post paid mobile bill
Dear sir,
I am using Post paid mobile bill 9376982601 since long time. in the month of April 2019 bill, Netflix charges of Rs 500/-added in my bill inspite of neither using nor giving any concert for Netflix to Airtel and Mobile bill is generated wrongly adding 500/- rs in bill.
I also raised complaint to Customer care on phone (Reference No. 31-1455406121243). Please look in to matter and send the revised bill duly corrected. In future also i am not interested in Netflix.
