Poor customer service
My name is Pradip Sonawane and my DTH customer id is 128012706. Since last 20 days i am not able to see any channel. Customer care and mail id both are useless. I suffers a lot due to this, humble request to u. please resolve my problem.

Its very bad experience. the customer is unable to make contact with this company for any cury and if made contact then also they will not resolve the issue every day they are reducing my balance from account and I am unable to make contact them.

Very bad service
There is no way to reach the customer care and all numbers are either always busy or you get recorded useless messages. I am trying to call the customer care since 2 days without success. The numbers 91156 91156 and 1800 1370 444 are either engaged and will give unwanted messages. Seriously thinking of changing the service provider. Can someone give me a better service provider?

Paid channel stopped working
In last two month I hv recharged after every ten days. The subscription gets over in 10 to 15 days only. How come? Don't know. Today is 3rd day my TV is not on. I paid already 350 rupees in last three days still reception is off. Cannot contact to customer care no not getting only. I tried all no given on website but connected. Worst service of customer care. M planning to change this service now. Useless D2h.

3rd class service
I recharge my d2h 04/03/2019 but after one day my plan is not active and most important no customer care proper number .any customer care number not working. 3 class service. i change my d2h connection. Very bed service. anybody not take videocond2h. very bad... 3rd class.

Worst customer service I have ever come across... they do not attend calls... nor get back to us.. would never recommend this d2h to anybody... Very disappointed with videocon.

Ur customer service care call number always busy or engaged or no response, this is continue and irritating and poor response very worst customer care service all time. I disconnect ur service from my home shortly and forward my friends.
Channel are not showing
My id no is 200920738 and registered mobile no is 9160504401. Your customer care support service is pathetic despite calling several times to customer care number there is no response from your team they are useless good for nothing. I asked in afternoon rep from customer care support team how to subscribe channels as per new guidelines he told me that your Rs.342 pack has been subscribe as per new term and condition and it will activated with in half an hour but nothing happened after wards i have recharged for rs 342 still condition is same. Pls do the need full.
