Network is not so fast.

हमारे क्षेत्र शाहपुरा मोहल्ला ब्यावर ( Pincode no.305901) मे Network बहुत खराब है स्पीड भी नही आरही है लगभग 1साल से मेरी शिकायत होने के बाद भी कोई सुधार नही है मैने Try को भी शिकायत लिखवादी है Trai complaint no.1159160 है.

I visited at jio store sant nagar east of Kailash New Delhi 110065 for corporate connection, they refuse to give sim for corporate connection, than i visited yr customer centre okhla phase iii new delhi 110020, not any staff or executive available for talk about new sim issue, security has call on mob one yr staff he say give yr contact no i will call u next week, their is not available manager or higher authority, their is no any option to talk with your staff. I think no need new customer or give corporate connection to the public. There is no such department, stores of jio mobile. I request please inform your all the stores, customer service centre etc. That no new connection will be given to any public. When jio company not in position to give proper service reply and response.

I'm not used my data jio 4g provide me 2g data speed fast solution my problem.

I live in uttar pradesh District Mainpuri pin 206303. my Area network is very week. I am not use totally daily data. only 40 -60 percent data use per day. i was complained 198 but my problem is not solve. 198 talk your problem is 120-180day solve. I want my 1month data back I can not give my data 60-70 percent free you. I hope you return my data/validity again.

in our locality Naini prayagraj, the condition of jio network is so worst. We are unable use high speed network. It's just like that we are using 2G network. This problem is not recent. This condition is from beginning day when I was started using JIO 4G network.

One week earlier, I bought one jio SIM. Data connection is activated, but the voice call has not been activated because my mobile has only LTE service. So, I download the jio4Gvoice call app . It frequently shows the notification like poor internet connection. I very tired of activating the voice call in jio sim. So, please give the solution for my problem.

By default JioFi password is very hard to remember. so i want to create custom password for my JioFi device.

I have payed amount of rs399 to postpaid payment where i had to recharge it for pre on post package sim. so if it is requested to ur services that this payment would convert to the recharge amount to my same number.

I have been using myjio app since jio came to karnal and I opted for it. My ph. No is 8168581501 and I use INTEX 4G, android6 ph. This app worked well when it was not updated. After update it does not work well. It does not show my plan and recharge page not even thro' voice.I have 4 jio phones in my house.I can't recharge now and can't take benefit of my vouchers.Whenever I open these pages after opening and after showing 3 coloured dots the app hangs and closes with caption"Unfortunately myjio is not responding" Report wait ok. Then it auto closes.Pl. look into it and rectify.
