Very poor service. we are paying for the channels and I think we should not leave the case by disconnecting connection. We all file the case and claim the money for the period for which we are not watching any channel for which we are paying.

My 2nd mirror connection Set Top box with card no 100016471146 non of the channels are coming from past 5days...I have been trying to contact the customer care number 9115691156 no body is able to solve....I contacted above number for more than 600 times still my problem not solved..to be frank Videocon sucks.

After recharged D2H not working,Called many time to customer care but no response ,illiterate and uneducated people working in videocon D2H customer care. If they seems to unable the problem they disconnected the phone, such a big company giving this kind of poor service to there customer.

Very bad service for d2h connection i am already paid by online payment for icici bank for debit card and tranjaction no is *BPay * 001641695926 dt 13/02/2019 time is 11.58 am resolve my problem. than i am going to consumer cort given to compliant.

After 14 days of complaint it is not attended. Videocon service is pathetic, even after calling the call center again and again there is no reply. From 02/02/19 to 16/02/19 nothing happened. My contact no 9711134713 & customer id no is 122940675.
