I'm very disappointed with Airtel now a days customer is manipulated by the company as they are working and resolving with our Network problems but they doing nothing always.... So shame on the reputed Airtel company if your network is not so good why you pretending as no company has good network as u have plz don't do such fake advertisement.

My airtel number is 7087247073. In these days my Internet speed is getting very slow. In first when i recharge with rs. 550 internet unlimited pack its speed was quite good but after 1 month it started getting worse and now speed is not even 3g. Hope to get the fast response.

I am the Airtel landline customer on 040-48553818, Airtel post-paid nos. 9246973818 & 8978143818. I am given 7.5% discount on all these connections. Two weeks back I made a request to your customer care representative for making further discount in view of the huge competition tariffs in the market viz., from Jio, hathway, Actfibernet etc. Everyday I am getting attractive offers giving comparatively lesser than that of the present Airtel package.

You representative on hearing my request made an offer about another discount of Rs.100/- on my broadband connection i.e., to Rs.600/- from the present Rs.700/-. But I told him that even that decrease itself is not at all attractive when I am getting further more attractive offer with the same service.

Now I request to kindly look into above for further discount with the same quality of services. Since the billing period will end by 11of this month, please take a view so that your next bill will give me an attractive one for me.

I am a senior citizen and both computer and cellphone illiterate. Every month I have a problem paying both my own and my wifes cell phone bills on line. It was never a problem, till last month. Starting Jan 2019, the payment procedure has changed and I dont seem to be able to handle it. Today I paid my bill, the amount has been debited to my account, but my account status with airtel says you have not received the money. In the case of my wife. I tried twice but your software doesnt respond.

I am frustrated and need help. My number is 9944538286. and my wifes number is 9043890201. I will be out of station till 09 Feb 2019. Please dont disconnect my connection till I return. I have been asking for a pre paid connection. but airtel seems very reluctant to give me that. Please help. R Velu.

My previous service request 104152722 and 104274524 rectified but on the very next day my problem again raised i.e. Very slow speed .Engineer assured to come.. but he did not rectified my problem and also told me not to make a complaint further to airtel. I am fed up from your service and thinking to change the service of broadband. Should I do this?

Hello, I am residing in Arunachal Pradesh and my postal code is 790102 the network here is really the worst. You cann't even browse internet and the 4g/3g network is of no use its just for keep sake...the airtel user here is increasing and the AIRTEL NETWORK QUALITY here is decreasing day by day. when connecting to customer care for assistance they keep on saying we have sent a feedback regarding your problem and thats all...and wola the network is fixed...actually that never happens the network quality keeps on diminishing. I really think that AIRTEL company should look into the network connectivity properly and assist to the problem more seriously rather than just giving excuses...i really wish to change the network m using that is AIRTEL soon...as i've a confirm news for the arrival of JIO NETWORK in our small town this year...HOPE AIRTEL FIX the network issue here in SEPPA TOWN, PIN 790102...before the arrival of JIO network or else there won't be any user once the new network provider arrives.

Network speed & bad service

I am going to transfer my number to jio or idea because airtel is giving the worst service as never before. facing so much problem while browsing on internet. If the company will remain same in this networking problem then slowly and slowly everyone will start quitting airtel. worst company in networking
nowadays.

If I do network data, then the data itself is turned off...why...? You steal data..i hat airtel company. im next time never use airtel sim card. I did not even like that...bye always.

Hello sir.. I have recharged my airtel number(9897804262)rupees 999 in 2006 for life time validity.the sim's validation shown up to 2038.but now there is no outgoing and incoming validity on this number.. Why? And what about customer's money? If your rules are changing day by day than why are you release new plans for the customer.
