Sir. I have port my Vodafone network to reliance jio for better service....but it's not good experience for me with jio...no calls coming with other network ..please help me....not satisfying experience with call centre n jio store.

I have used jio 4g sim since 1 year, but internet speed is very slow, jio 4g sim working as a 2g network, I requst to you solve my problem quickly.

I have very very worst experience with jio in net and incoming and outgoing calling connectivity also on incoming calls another person never reach to my jio number this is very worst connection I ever used I complain many times but still problem is their and this problem will get worsen day by day I can't even open single jio official website also I was facing this problem from about 8 to 9 months That's not good you lieing with customer under your tagline fastest network and 4G speed experience.

Plz improve network speed in our area we are facing this problem from 10 months plz send your jio team in our area and they will see how much problem we are facing. Internet speed is very very poor starting from. 1kb to highest 20 kbps so plz we request you sir solve our problems immediately because 7 months before i have also make an complaint about the same problem but nothing happened with my complaint. so plzzz this type listen our n improve internet speed and network in our area.

For last 1 year, i have been using jiofi, it was working good, but now i am unable to connect jiofi with m phone after updating. I tried a lot but not receiving OTP on my no. The connecting process takes a lot of time and at last it says unable to connect. So Weird please solve this issue.
