What a nonsense company, had to wait several minutes just to talk to a customer service guy. If the customer support is so bad what quality would the bikes and scooter of Honda would be like??

I am extremely satisfied with the Honda Activa and Activa 3G. I have 4 Honda vehicle, 2 activa 1 black and 1 white , and also have 1 Stunner and 1 Twister bike. But I am not satisfied with the service dealer. They are giving poor service. Please change in dealer norms. And give then service calling script.

Last year in june my mother purchased activa 125cc for me. I have been facing a problem since that since that time. While driving the handle of my activa is bends one side. From the last 3 serives i have been filing complain about but no actions are taken. This is my last free service and i want honda company to take some action regarding it as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to take some action now. As am tried of your bad services. Honda company has given me a lot of problem. So i request you to please take some action to my problem as this is my last free servicing.

The Honda two wheeler company's service executive at AJS Honda, AJS ENTERPRISE at Nadiad-387001 named Mr. Bhavik Patel with his one of the subordinate behaved very rudely and due to mismanagement of the company's employee I as a customer has to suffer a lot. I also suffered a lot even after paying in advance for the services and even registering for the services in one day advance, I have been forced to wait for a long time span of nearly one hour. This was done by the siad company's employee by favouring their well known who arrived after me and had been attended before me and i have been neglected for the reason best known to him. After that when I tried to contact the manager twice, the peron in incharge there misguided me and didn't allowed to approach me to the concerned person. And also he threatened me that if I lodge any type of complaint my services will be terminated. Then again I tried to contact the manager and on approaching the manager he instructed the incharge for his wrong deeds to sort out my issues. So after a long waiting and suffering due to mismanagement of the employees i have been attended. Also I asked for a complaint book there i had been informed that NO COMPLAINT BOOK IS AVAILABLE and only suggestion forms are provided.

With reference to this I lodged a complaint at CONSUMER FORUM with COMPLAINT Folio No. 373641 of dated 02.08.2017. And in connection to this if no action is initiated within seven (7) days this case will be further dealt by CONSUMER FORUM.

Waiting for early positive feedback and necessary action.

Sir, I purchased a Honda shine bike last 7 th July 2017 from Kalna, Dist East Burdwan pin 713409. Till i am not get the reg no and blue books for this bike. It was Ila Honda Showroom. What can i do now?

Today i had given my Honda Activa two wheeler for Paid service at 8.30 AM.My scooter have an issue Petrol fuel getting leaked severely.I had specifically reported to service engineer who came with job card about fuel leakage and service engineer also noticed and written in the job card.

Evening they called me for my scooter delivery. I went to Srijan Honda showroom in krishnagiri for paying the bill amount of 908 /- including labour charge of 200 /- . I intentionally asked the service engineer about fuel leakage in my vehicle. He said that it was notified during servicing and rectified.

While going to home I filled 4 litre of petrol but it was leaked on road. Accidentally I noticed and stop riding. The Paid service done at Srijan Honda showroom is very bad. They not even clean the mud under mud guard and blind place of the vehicle.

They charged 200 /- for labour but not even done the cleaning.

I will purchase my bike 22/09/2017 Honda CB shine 125cc. when I'm going to servicing to my bike in Sterling Honda (Pimpri Chhinchwad) pune. the manager (Mr. Shashikant Gerwal) and maintenance staff very rudely answers and take servicing of my bike just 20min. so my bike mileage just 48/ltr.

I am Aakash Patel my vehicle Hond livo No GJ27CB2285 for servicing at MANSI AUTOCARE P.L.T. While servicing they damaged Chaine oil bolt slip now it is started leaking again. I requested them repair they charged me, still oil is leaking again. I approach them( Mr.Sanjay bhai ) but they are not taking interest and ask me to lodge complaint. They have no knowledge how to deal with customers, hence I am requesting you to repair my vehicle I will be grateful to you.

I purchase Honda CB shine sp on 12/11/2017 after one month get tires problem and my bike stay in Honda showroom within 20 days, they tell me only your bike complete next day again and again. So don't buy Honda bike at all.

I am from Ahmedabad Gujarat live in Juhapura. I got new activa 4g from punjab Honda. I am Happy to get Honda two wheeler but I am sad get from punjab Honda the service is very very poor. Honda is a good company but punjab Honda is not good for sale of Honda product. I am totally unhappy about this so Honda please do something for your name.

This is what I had written to you and now am attaching images for you to get my drift.

This is about a service at one of your authorised service centers in mumbai andheri east ... they are all out to fleece customers .. for a very long time I have been giving my activa dlx for service at preetam honda andheri east ... every time i give my bike they ask me to add this and that to the service ... typically rakes up a bill if 3000 odd .. 27th January they gave me an estimate of 5000 rs for a fork and service and 28th february they call and tell me in the afternoon have to change mudguard as well now cost escalates to 7000 ++ .... when a year back was told to weld and was assured of no problems. The team there is highly unprofessional don't think even that they do a service but just wash the bike and give it back.... oil change was done where is the old oil .... A grade thieves ... I am going to post it all over social media as you team honda want more details and more details but are doing nothing about this ( look below of your reply to my grievance

I have purchased Honda CB Shine Bike on October 2016, Bike used only 17,000 Kilo meters, the chain is gone, and front & back suspension totally gone & more vibration.

Service man said want to change the bike chain & chain sprocket. My last bike there is no complaints like this. Can you do anything regarding this issue.

Honda showroom r k puram is charges extra 2% charges when we r doing payment through credit card. They are told us after booking .. in another retail organisation this thing is not happen we are also from retail. But this is ridiculous.

I have purchase honda activa from didar motors chennai first service was good 2nd was not good 3nd 4th was not done. they called for service ask me to pay 1000 for oil change i throw the services book to the didar motors. please inform some other dealer near teynampet for future services.

Please attention how to behave branded showroom owner to customer.

Dealer is not taking it seriously & he is ignoring my queries also not responding properly now one year completed but bike registration process not able to make till date. just showpiece for me.I had visited dealer many times but he is giving some kind of silly reason’s,I need immediate action against this dealer.

I brought bike on 06 May 2017, BS-III in last year when government rule arrived stop selling B3 bike/modify BS-4 that time. Showroom owner show dummy selling data to government and after 6 may they sell me this bike as a second owner (first owner name is Deepak chasbuskar) but I have cash receipt proof of july 2017, also some photos of showroom with bikes. When i buy bike that time i was give my all details like a chassis number, on TT form sign, pan card voter ID aadhar card notary on bond paper chassis print and other things for owner name change, but till now they not make any process my bike insurance also lapsed on 2 april 2018.

Now they demanding some money to make further process and also they required new insurance, my question is all documents i was given to showroom then what they delay to this process. Last month i was newly couriered Chassis print new TT form with signature with twice copy also intimate next month bike insurance will be laps. That time deepak says your task will be completed within 3 days don't worry..... totally helpless service by dealers. RTO agent deepak Chasbuskar and Manager also better know this issue but no any one sort. Kindly get action against related staff and sort issue.

Dear Sir,

Still problem is not solved against subjected complaint number.

I sent my bike thrice to service center and every time instead of solving problem new problem generated like missing, loss in smoothness. Every time excuses are - part are not available come next time, left your bike here we will check and revert you, your servicing team himself is not satisfied what they are doing and they are unable to find out what problem is.

Now they are asking again to come next week, should I left my job and join Honda for servicing my bike??? This is really disgusting.

If you cannot solve the problem please give me in writing that your team is not able to provide better service to customer.

I need action on this.

I purchased last October 2017 Activa 4g from Radhaswami automobile, Kadi, mahesana, Gujarat, pin382715. Problem is a slower speed and cross the bump in vibration and 20 kg drive after more problem, I complained to showroom. 3 free service and extra 4 time check and one time your customer care number complain booked but this problem not solve.

Shriji honda udaipur (raj) Have purchased new activa 5g, after first service next day it not started. Seems some loose wire kept during service, also asked to give Rs. 450 on account of lamination against which have provided bill of alite honda's instead of shri ji honda. No proper service. Vehicle lying at home as not starting.

I have purchased activa 125cc from sheel kishan honda bareilly, after one day activa started heavy vibration on back side under the seat and break also not working properly. When I came workshop than they are treating as a normal customer and nobody giving attention for new activa 125cc. Very very poor all things.

I have bought a New Honda CB shine on 25-8-2018.

On 27th August 2018 the bike was not working so I went to the Service station and gave it for service at Ganga Automobiles, Hirabaug, Varachha Surat( Main branch @ Ring road, Surat), Gujarat. And they gave me back on 29th August 2018 and gave a bill of 120 rupees. and told that if u want to have a ride then first you have to give 120 rupees then only you will get you bike.

Its not a week we bought a bike and there was a problem with it and the company is also not behaving properly.

The manager of ganga Automobile Mr. Chintan dont know how to behave with customer and was behaving rude with me and telling why you came here to take 120rupees back, Why you want your money back?
Is this the way they behave with the customers. We gave money and bought the bike. Its not free of cost that they r behaving like this.

I am attaching a invoice of my vehicle and service invoice too.

I hope i will get the solution for this.

Ya...i am from Srikakulam,Andhra Pradesh,India.Im Facing lot of problems with my CBR250R 2011 STD.As i got a complaint..i went to Honda service point...they told me to Replace The Valves...ok its Done...but my Bike is Still not Starting Again They are saying to change the Valve Springs.Whats Happening Sir..You people must say about the Springs on the 1st time.but again your going to change it.

Try to rectify the problem as sooon as posible..im ready to pay for springs too...but my bike is with you for 20days they r asking another more 20days...for springs...i think car also wont take that much time..and after replacing springs i wont go with the other things like shims or any else..if they say...i wont agree...sure i will file a case on Honda...!!!

I was buy the bike on April-18. Still not received CRTM documents,How to passing my bike without complete documents. If documents will be receive after 15 days than RTO asking 3K fine. Who will be paid. Without any mistake why customer is suffer. Very pathetic and third class service provided by you. I am suggest to my friend and family member dont buy Honda motorcycle due to third class service.

Activa 4G shows start-up issues
I bought Activa i on 11/02/2017 from LEO MOTORS NAHAN DISTT. SIRMOUR H.P. Every day morning i have to spend 10-15min to get my vehicle start. It's very disappointing that being a brand, honda has not solved this issue. Have complained about this in the service center also and the answer i got is because of winter it is happening. A kick start should work. But neither kick nor push start works for ~10min. Now its summer and still the issue persists. If i don't start my activa for more than a day then time taken for starting it in next day is further more. Feels like the vehicle was not worth my money.

I would really appreciate if Honda finds the solution for this.
