I have bought honda yuga byke 2nd August 2018. before one year tyre has rubbed. tyre is tvs company. agency dealer of tyre behaved very rough. he doesn't replace tyre plz take action.

Very poor service by matrix auto corporation@ sai nikethan, gandhi nagar, mannagudda, mangalore-57503
I given for repairing my dio in matrix auto corporation, sai nikethan, gandhi nagar,mannagudda, mangalore-575003

Without asking permission they had repaired some other parts also and didn't put nut at the front body and side lights indicators r not working after coming home I saw and without checking properly how can they give to customers hand. I am not satisfied with the behavior of supervisor.. Who was handling mine 2 Wheeler. Pls do reply for this mail and take the action soon.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring in kind note that the Subject mentioned Service center and dealer are the worst ever dealer visisted..Cox of few people in the system the name and fame of the dealer gets effected.

Today I have visited the service center to get the HSRP installed in my Honda scooter with registration number UP15BC 2132 registered on my fathers name.

The product was of old model and the front plate can't be installed without arranging the arrangement.

My only concern is when the company has launched a product and if there is any alterations in any rules and regulations the company and the service center should be equipped to cater the need of the changes.

Here Specifically to mention the so called GM operations of the center Mr. Amit Verma don't even have the etiquettes to talk to customers..He bluntly denied to help and get asked do whatever you want.

Before meeting Mr.Amit Verma I had requested Mr.Narendra Singh Yadav to help to address the concern he briefed me with his complete address with no reason, failed to understand his mentality.

Hope the issue will be resolved soon.

Hi hello my name Prabhakar reddy. I'm here to come for raise a request to Honda team last 4 months I bought a new bike Honda hornet 2.0. But with in 2 days I'm facing a issue with gear shifting. In first service time I said this is my issue but service center guys said this is clutch issue. They doing something in that time but after servicing also I'm facing this issue. That service center mechanics don't know any thing. Poor knowledge on bike internal things and tool mechanism. That service center I mentioned here plz check with them service center : Arka Honda, Khammam District, Telangana state. I think I'm wasted my money to buy this Honda hornet 2.0 bike. I honestly suggest please don't buy this Honda Hornet 2.0 bike.

My DEO two wheeler which was damaged and went for servicing which had adon policy insurance, went to your Bilaspur based agency Dream Honda for servicing.\

But I want to tell you that the quality n trust we have on Honda was completely broken by the staff there,
They took 2 months to fix our two wheeler and when we were received the two' wheeler after 2 months..... after repairing our two' wheeler neither the engine oil was changed nor the foot mat was there. Both side mirrors was not even installed..and the behaviour of the staff was highly irresponsible. We were not being given any details about the vehicle, we were not getting any response from those people even after our repeated calls. In practice they used to shout very strangely at us. When we went to collect our vehicle, big amount of cash was also taken from us, but still the quality of service was very poor.

It is our responsibility to inform you because we think it appropriate to convey our complaint to you so that Honda may not be boycotted in India like any other bad auto brand due to the dirty behavior of such a small agency (dream honda bilaspur C.G) and its staff.

We are a Finance company financing your Honda vehicles with Grand Honda , Raipur. For the below 3 vehicles Dealer did not provide the registration number to the customer and now the customer is fighting with us due to non-payment of the loan.

We and customers tried many times to get the registration number form the Grand Honda but they don't provide the same yet. Kindly look into the matter and ask the Grand Honda to provide the same.
