I already complaint to customer care many times and problems are no solved my jio 4g speed is just 0 to 3 kbps only i am unable to send a whatsapp msg or sometimes i can't even call. This problem is occurring for all the users at my home from august nd its December now, I lost my 3 months recharge of worth rupees 399 Rs. And my current recharge period is also getting wasted because I am unable to use it due to this much network issue. ON A SERIOUS NOTE I need a compensation for this or i have to port all the 7 numbers of jio at my home my number is 7906829890. kindly reply me or give an update about my problem.

Dear Jio Team, my data speed in my area is very bad I called helpline no. Of jio and told them to raise a complaint for data speed. He told me that he can't raise complaint for this issue because in my area speed is very bad and their team is working on it.
