My jio network speed get reduced during night time..... Only goes in 0.5kbps speed....very difficult for me to use the net with that speed. So please take action regarding this.

I am police inspector in district sonbhadra uttar pradesh there are 182 police official working daily at police line churk, mostly they are using the jio and prime customer also. we all are suffering the weak network problem we are doing the data surfing related crime branch work and govt. site webmail.nic.in and cctns. we spend our monthly recharge for data but sorry to say the network signal quality is very poor due to it we waste our money and time. we think you are the vision of modi ji and future digital india depends upon you. please stop the selling your sim, and make the trouble free network and do the justice with your customer. we are waiting for your response. please send your engineer or technician to visit the place.

My phone was lost, so i had blocked my jio sim and now i want new jio sim on that number only.

My jio phone have not new update

The network speed is getting worse to worst.it's not fit for gaming, the network is unstable. The ping rises upto 800+ms as the network speed drops to 1 kbps or so. The network speed in the early days were nothing compared to the slow speed we're getting now.

Quality of the voice in my jio4g voice app is not good and when i was calling to anyone it gives a disturbance sound and voice is not having quality. Please make some changes on this app and release a new update.

I dont have even 1point signal and i am staying near by jio tower within 100mts long, please close the issue as soon as possible because i am facing the signal issue all time.

Jio tv is not working ...It's stop working suddenly ..And shows that u must access with jio sim, but I have been already assessed and it's working earlier but not it shows some error.

Don't know how but suddenly my jio tv is not working. While clicking on the channel plate a notification comes, which states that jio sim is not active. I really don't understand that how it suddenly stop working. pls help.

It is a matter of deceit. If Jio is unable to provide 4g speed at individual place then it will message the customers that it is not fair the customers to recharge for 4g speed. If it is not saying such things then it will provide 4g speed at every place. And if it is unable to provide sms as well as data then it is deceit to customers who are suffering from such troubles.
