My consignment was just a letter from one part of Hyderabad city to another part of the same city. it is more than three days, that the consignment is stuck at one place. what may be the reason?

On tracking the status it is showing that the consignment is not delivered and redirected. DELIVERY BOY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE ITEM AT GIVEN ADDRESS, neither he has telephoned at given address. I am writing from Ludhiana, Punjab. A regular DTDC customer. It's regarding the loss of my Parcel

I got this couriered on the 20th December 2018 from Ludhiana's DTDC office on Fast Courier basis,
so that it could reach my customer by 22nd December, 2018.

Unfortunately, my courier never got received to my customer till date who had to wear it on 23rd December
for a Reception Function. She called and messaged me numerous times to know the status as online it was showing last updated on 20th dec.

So, I called the DTDC office person ( Deepak, who booked my courier ) ph : +919888004892 operating from Ludhiana and asked him about my status of the courier. He told me that some liquid fell off from somebody's load so the whole lot did not go from Chandigarh airport. however, it was suppose to reach mumbai on Saturday. He told me that on Sunday , we can check about the status & let us know.

On Sunday, i tried to get in touch with so many persons in mumbai which Deepak asked me to talk to , like Krishna ( DTDC mumbai ) ph +917738898869.

Nobody picked up any calls. Next day morning i again called everybody. they said we are tracking, we are sending mails and ma'am we will get back to you in 10 mns, and to my surprise no body called me back ever. I gave almost 20 calls to these concerned persons but nobody understood my situation. He further gave me a person's number, Honey (not sure about the name) : ph +918451007260 and he told me i am tracing it & later says ma'am we have not received the parcel here , it might be in Chandigarh only. ( So irresponsible).

My clients there were in huge problem due to not receiving of their outfit. I hope you know how much time efforts and money is put in making one garment which now will not be taken by the customer or is not even coming back to me. i am in a huge loss.

Deepak gave me north india DTDC's head number: Jatin Khunger ph +917087682998. He too said he's getting into the matter through mails but nobody has a clear picture where the parcel went. next day i called him 17 times , he did not pick my call. and then later talked to me rudely initially but when i talked to him in the same manner then he listened to me. Still , nothing happened.

They say we will give back your booking amount.??? Like seriously , do you think i am worried about my 700 INR ? or my lost customer and lost outfit which cost me in more than thousands INR.

He called me today morning and said i have forwarded your details to senior head etc. Later in the day when i again asked to confirm, he disconnected my phone twice and never called back to update.

My customer shouted at me and we had to listen it to all that because we know they are not at fault, but neither are we, it;s your DTDC company who is at great fault.

So, i would want to know is that how DTDC operate?? is this kind of customer services do you provide??

I really want you to get into this matter and investigate about my outfit as soon as possible. Otherwise i would need to take some serious actions for the negligence on behalf of each and everyone involved in this case. I have lost my valuable asset, my design, my hard work, my client , my money just because of the mishandling from your team, whosoever is involved.

I have booked a cover at your Mayiladuturai Office on 10.1.2019 addressed to K>Jayakrishnan, 8, North Street, Lalgudi (trichy dt) and till today (14.1.2019) it has not been delivered. Your Mayiladuturai office staff says it is held with your Thanjavur HUB. At the time of booking, your staff telephoned to your Trichy office and got it confirmed that they will take care of the delivery in time. Till now it has not left Thanjavur. Very worst service. No response to customer enquiry. Pl take initiative otherwise I may have to Court.

My parcel was sent to me from Jaipur on 22Feb,2019and it was supposed to be delivered in few days.On tracking the order today with *Consignment no#Z84030494*, it is showing that the parcel is successfully delivered on 26 Feb,2019 by some random person called Nilesh.. but I haven't received any parcel yet :( Also the details show that 'shoes' are there inside it whereas on the receipt it was 'clothes' actually. Please check and let me know soon.

I had tracked the parcel (K20740785), it had been reached at Mumbai on 01 SEP 19, but still not delivered to me till todate, after lots of effort I contact to Mr. Swapnil who is DTDC staff picked up my phone, after that on enquiry from DTDC staff, she replied that "we have lots have bags of parcel, apka hi ek nhi h". Till todate no body(delivery boy and DTDC staff ) contact me on my mobile no. for delivery of item. I can't accept this type of service from your staff. I want the valid reason why they didn't deliver the parcel on time and not contact the individual for collection of parcel. I m resides at colaba. due to this negligence of your DTDC satff and service , I didn't get the parcel till date, therefore I didn't celebrate my home function "TEEZ" at my home.

It is requested to you, pls find the irregularities for not delivered the parcel till date.
