I have courier a parcel from Panvel to Haryana, which was cash on delivery. Where I have sending courier to haryana 02 times in week, there charges are in between Rs-100 to Rs/150 and this cash on delivery courier which is same size has been charged of Rs-750/- by DTDC. I cant understand why??

Going to close your DTDC service as there is no any acceptable answer from branch person.

Our vehicle driver booked a cover in your Hyderabad office against document no. H 16688633 Dt. 5.11.19 Ex. Hyderabad to Coimbatore but it till so far not delivered and while on tracking, We found this document already used for Pondichery and it has been delivered on 29.10.19 before of our side booking and how it has been happend?. So we have conducted to your Hyderabad person in the mobile number 9866059390 and 040 33004444 but no use/not attending. In this while my Freight charge RS. 10,000/- held up and we are unable to prepare freight bill as well to settle hire to the owner. You have been issued a green colour receipt but while on enquiry it is your account copy. So do the needful VERY VERY URGENTLY OTHERWISE SETTLE our freight charges RS. 10,000/IMMEDIATELY. AWAITING.

For 90 km dtdc take 3 days?

If we booked the parcle as urgent delivery ( Then what is the meaning of dtdc urgent delivery ) For 90 km distance.

I Dr J K Goswami , hereby informed to you that I have sent something to my son in Germany in Last of October 2019 through your City centre durgapur branch . After one and half month later the person of that branch came to our house and returned some material , eg. Rice , dal, etc, which were in very poor condition . That person take my account number of SBI and told us that some amount of money will be returned to your account , but till now I have not received any money from your concern .The person of that branch is asking me the bill number .But on the day of courier no documents has been given to me .and I never knew anything about it . Please do something for me as early as possible."

Booked 1 document from Kolkata to Srerampore - 30 km in urgent category. Paid rs. 250/- so as to deliver within 1 day. But it has not reached within 1 day. Absolutely horrible service. Worst service ever experienced.

dear Sir, our one consignment booked from Lucknow, UP no is 100005496692 Dt. 05.03.2022. still material not received and Jaipur team hold this consignment and not responding, no one attend the call and response. last 4 days to hold this material. we need to urgen so w e plan to book DTDC but not good service and staff. we have required urgent mode how can we got today give advice?

Due to not deliver the materiel. sir we are calling to Udaipur office 9024386766 its not received the call last 4 days to till. Jaipur office not responding and nothing any 4 to 10 person contact but nothing any satisfied answer and nothing any current answer from DTDC team.

it very poor service. we need to urgent mode and what is this 4 day to materiel hold at Jaipur office and office staff not response he have nothing information of this consignment.

Very bad service, I hate this dtdc courier service 14 day late.

dtdc. doc. no. d14760074 dt. 05.07.22, as on date not delivery, your service very poor, and very bad.

DTDC courier service is extremely poor and bad, I have paid extra money for fast delivery and they mentioned it will be delivered within 2 days but today is the 5th day I haven’t receive yet. Customer Care is highly unprofessional no one receives a call or answer to the emails. Please Don’t courier through DTDC EVER AGAIN. It’s a fraud and stupid people handling the agency. Group of liars.

I have booked a documents parcel from Indonesia to Howrah on 10.4.23 via express delivery but till now nothing has delivered and i am facing heavy damages in customs due to this. How can i rely on your service in future? Your people are non answerable after several calls and following them regularly.

I am Rakesh kumar. One packet of medicine booked from Delhi to trivandrum tracking ID is Z13986954. Parcel received at Trivandrum main branch on 02.05.23 at 06:24 hrs as per tracking details. I wanted to contact office on two mob no. 8129602364 and 8129602365. 8129602364 is switched off and 8129602365 is not picked up and sometimes after picking up phone cuts the phone knowingly. No one responds for courier received at main branch and undelivered. It shows Tha casual attitude and indiscipline of staff at branch, which will affect reputation of ur courier company. Plz do the needful so my packet which contains important medicine of my child can be delivered in time .

I have posted a courier on 23/05/24 from Hyderabad to Ballari. It's not yet delivered and taking wrong route. Please deliver the order soon, it's emergency or else return to origin address.
