At Amritsar branch the staff is very Les s and their service is very slow. They are not able to manage their work. Manager does work of clerk. The situation is very worse. Very bad service nowadays.

I went to the bank by and requested to activate my net-banking service and submitted the requested form but did not hear a word from the bank and I visited four times i am following this for last four months and still it is not resolved. The concern refused to take care of my request he told me that we do not have time for that.

Then i approached the branch manager. He also did not take any action and when I asked for the solution. He refused for the same and advised me to close my account.

I am feeling very sad my personal loan account in your bank branch bakkarwala my loan account no. 3936018924 which had 76589 rs due ,after pay july instalment, instead i took personal loan from Kotak bank they have dedicated 84000 rs from me and they have deposited cheque in your bank laxmi nagar branch on 03.08.2018 money has deducted from Kotak bank on 06.08.2018, but central bank not cleared my loan till time, although my saving account also in central bank 3458689928, but central bank employe madam named Mrs. Anita kumari not cleared my personal loan account

Respected sir most humbly and respect fully i beg to say that i am helal akhtar hussain that there was some problem in my account that the prb was that the to deducted 4800 rs in my account on the date of 12/8/2018. in this date the amount will be deducted 2000 and the next amount will be deducted 13/8/2018 in this date the amount will be deducted 2800. so please help me sir to recover my amount as soon as possible.

Sir, i LOVISh a customer of your bank I have a complaint about my refund from amazon about 773rs that has already initiates by Amazon on 31 August and to be shown in banks on 10august .i contact them and they confirmed about the transaction from their side it is not showing in my bank from such days and fed to write this email they have confirmation refund code that is:1521062968 .they have refunded my account is not showing. There is something problem with bank. Please this is a request from me to solve my problem.

I Sunita Chavan gave SBI cheque for Rs1730/- on 9th August 2018 for crediting my Cent Lakhpati installment of August 2018. It was credited in the account and same time returned as unclear. After that I gave another Bank Cheque which was kept aside on 24th it was instructed by bank that your cheque is returned hence pay cash. Hence I sent my sister to verify the matter.She was instructed that pay the amount in cash only since they were unable to accept the another cheque. Again we gave cash for the said RDS account. They put the cash in my inoperative Saving account which is at Nariman Point branch. I am now at Ballard Estate Branch. Now again they are asking to give me other account for for recovering the amount of Cent Lakhpati installment. They have put hold in the said account and require different things every time. Now said Lakhpati account will mature in September 2018. Due to harassment of Boriwali Branch I will not be able to get the proceeds of said account in time. When such treatment is given to staff what treatment is given to the customers. I want the proceeds of my LAKHPATI account in times hence request to remove the hold on that account.

My company is located in Mumbai, zaveri bazar, i have 04 caikin ac installed my company. one of Daikin ac compressor has to replace in your company bcoz my ac is in warranty but, your staff is so irresponsible that i have registered complain on dated 20/08/2018. i have also taken technical visit of daikin authorised service provide, but still today my compressor replace had no progress, and ur customer care service and daikin company staff give me unsatisfying answer regards my ac compressor replacement. If your company or company staff is not eligible to solve my ac problem, than what is the use of your company service provide and customer care, i have 04 Daikin ac cost 185,000/- what its use if i didn't get service from your side, within 24 hrs you have to take action on my issues and your staff discipline and solve my daikin ac problem or sent me reply that your company cant help us to resolve or problem. I will make it work done by me.

I tray to withdrawal on 15th August 2018 at 06.42P.M in nearest atm to withdrawal Rs.2,000 but it was not done due to the power cut, I staying here till power come,then i checked.... balance is cut from my account.then i contact in your costumer toll free No. and his advise I complain home branch of your Bank(PURUNA BAULAMALA branch, JAJPUR) on dt.18.08.2018 .till today the amount is not returned yet.please check and notify me,why the amount is not credited back. l m running for home branch 2 days but l m not found satisfied answer your staff.So, I request you please return my money of Rs 2000/- immediately.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have a salary account holder of your respective bank central bank of India, Kamla Nagar, Agra (UP) and my account no is 03031863084, my account balance on dated 09 SEP 2018, Rs. 105.00 and I have been transfer through phone pay Rs 7950.00, total balance in my account of Rs. 8055.00 but I have check on dated 13 September 2018, through missed call facility that is showing my balance is Rs. 7225.00, and deducted amount Rs. 830.00 from my mention account and also my cheque is bounce.

No any support at our home branch, executive is saying me please contact toll free no and my quarry is not resolved in branch.

So please I request to you refund my deducted all amount in my mention account no ASAP.

Sir mene online chalan Kata vvnl ka account se balance to kam ho but chalan nhi kata.

The mobile number that i attached with my account has been lost.then i attached my account with another number but for doing debit card transactions otp do not send on attached mobile number.please solve this issue as soon as possible. its urgent.

Actually sir my grandmother's account was in the bahadurgarh central bank of india and there was the poor facilities available in the bank like there is a vaccant seat for employ and no one is working there. also the speed of internet is so slow please draw your kind attendance towards this .

Dear Sir,

I Prince kumar having an a/c in the CBI Aphar Saran Bihar. a/c no [3949287347]. when i tried to withdraw rs 4000 from my a/c on 2nd October around 10:30 am from the sbi atm rampura circle at the time i gate a massage (sorry unable to proceed) from atm machine so that i could not received any money, I get a receipt from the atm but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

So i am requesting you to take necessary action.

Dear respected Sir , My Name is Rakesh and I am depositing money in the Khanda branch which is the money of the company. Central bank's head cashier and Manager , Sir refuses to accept money at one and the other time , 3:35 PM and comes out with bad faith. And the heads that we pour money in to the central bank's account . Cutting it with our money, which is wrong, when there is no cutting on depositing money from kharkhoda branch and also taking money till 4 0' clock .Please give proper guidance to those responsible officers of this branch and speak to live with sarcasm. Speak to collect public money by 4o' clock or else we will have to complain about it.

I am 62 years old pensioner and having SB Account no1020276070 at Delhi Cantt-110010. On 28.9.2018 I have lodged a complaint for withdrawal of Rs, 64993- under complaint No.2602870. I also contacted regularly to Customer care as well as concerned branch but it has been always told that contact to CC or branch and no positive reply given. This is my hard earned money which has been taken by cheaters on line. This is fraudulent withdrawal through ATM. It seems either the software of the bank has been mishandled or any employee is involve in the said fraud as TOI dated 16.10.2018 has also published involvement a outsider or employee. I request to the bank ADM (Operative) that the matter may be looked into and the amount may be refunded to my accounts.

I came to in knowledge that my complaint no 2602870 has been closed by bank. it seems that CBI is not functioning properly and not maintaining its security properly and replying on the wait of 45 days. When these eight transactions are successful and my account has been deducted the amount. but my complaint is for fradulaent withdrawal of money and nothing been the complaint has been lodged within two hrs. I again request to investing agency of CBI that the complaint may be opened for correct solution as i have not withdrawn money from my account. Thanking you in anticipation as i am also a pensioner and the amount is my hard earned money.
