I have booked a ticket by using my Axis bank debit card from NJP TO HOWRAH today, on 11.09.2018, money got deducted from my account but have not received my ticket either by mail/sms. The IRCTC/SEQ NO-825419233832

Kindly suggest what has to be done.

Now I am using another one number is 9944930838. All of my online ticket booking messages are sent only in my old mob.no. It causes so many inconvenience to me because that my old mob. ph. no is now maintaining somebody else. Whenever I am trying to change my profile, the irctc screen shows me as your new no is already in exist. Pl. kindly do the needful.

So, I request you to delete my old mob. ph. no.(9486605732) and include my new mob. ph. no. (9944930838)in my irctc profile.

I am not getting any OTP to reserve a berth from Bengaluru SBC to hubballi jn.

his has reference to my earlier complaint dated 07.07.2018 & regular follow -up on customer care about non refund of Rs.3240/- towards refund payment of cancellation of PNR NO. 2347483618. It is very sorry to say that still above said amount not refunded to me.

Can I hope for immediate redressal.

I had booked 3 rly tickets (2 AC) on 12th sep 2018 on calicut-trivandrum and PNR NO IS-4803073199 via online and they informed us before 30 mns of departure that it was cancelled bcz chart was already filled. so railway officer told us that it will be refund in our account within 72 hours bt still now we didn't receive any money in my account. pls refund it as early as possible.

From 26th of this month i am trying to book a tatkaal ticket, my balance was cut and no ticket was booked.

We have cancelled the tickets vide cancellation id no.100000267341980 against pnr no. 8310037366 for rs. 2030. and id no 100000267361545 against pnr no.8308150941 for rs. 770 have not been credited to our bank accounts. so you are requested to refund the money. thanks.
