I bought mi4 from flipkart for my uncle. After few days my uncle phone got physical damage and his screen cracked. I went to xiaomi jaipur service(I got address from official Mi India site) they told me their is no xiaomi service centre and phone not repair here you go to any other service centre. There is only one service centre in rajasthan and they said that phone doesn't repair here. What u think xiaomi Rajasthan is the biggest state in India and you are not able to provide service in Rajasthan. I now I am afraid to suggest anyone to purchase xiaomi

All the mobiles of xiaomi charging port are not original, we purchased redmi 1s, mi4 all the phones charging port not working. xiaomi service not good. i gave my phone to xiaomi service center 20 days ago and phone problems not solved yet. xiaomi sells new phones but old phones not repaired. so i said that don't purchase xiomi phones ever.

I have purchased MI3 from Flipkart on 13.08.2014, on .03.03.2015 phone stopped working completely since their is no service centre in Chhattisgarh, hence we approached nearest service centre at Nagpur on 03.03.2015 . Service centre at Nagpur collected my phone for checking and informed after two weeks that the problem is with motherboard so they have to replace it under warranty.

After a week the phone was returned back to us but when I checked it by installing sim in the phone, the sim could not be activated , nor the audio port was working for headphone. This faulty function I reported again to service centre at Nagpur they asked to send back the phone which I did. On recieving the phone they checked it and reported another problem that sim tray have jammed. I asked them that since phone is in their possession hence they may please check for problems which I have sent the phone back to them as the phone is under warranty after the first repair by them on motherboard but they refused to do it in warranty and the phone can be repaired on chargeable basis of Rs8400/- for again changing the mother processor and attending other problems. For this I have reported in Xiaomi customer care centre with complaint no-203574 on 20.05.2015 but since then almost ten days have passed but nobody have replied, but on calling service centre at Nagpur they said that now repair can be done at a price of Rs2500/- but not under warranty. On asking customer care against the complaint, they ask to give it in writing.

My Phone is still under valid warranty period of one year from the date of purchase, hence I request to please do a justice and replace the defective piece by a new one with extended warranty as it is done by all other mobile companies since the first problem was major one of changing the mother board & processor and after that the repair at Nagpur Service centre was not perfectly done and checked.

Please also note that we have already spent a lot by Visiting Nagpur twice since their is no service centre at Chhhattisgarh. I would suggest not to sell in Chhattisgarh State till they have authourised service centre in the Chhattisgarh state.

I have purchase mi4i phone Flipkart from 27 may some facing on 3 week in phone i am logged complaint no Flipkart customer care call back to me he saying reset default i am reset hanging issue resolve the issue again facing issue heating issue logged complaint Flipkart support team call back to me he wil send smartapp download again call to me he check will thur smart app he wil saying there is no issue in phone but i am not agree given ans pls help me and revert.

Worst services I get from your service center " MEDIA HOUSE MOBILE CELL SANJAY PLACE AGRA. More than 30 days has been over still your service center technician not able repair my REDMI 2S & again they saying wait for one more week. What a bad service you providing to customer.

Could you please let me know how many days yow will take repair my REDMI 2s. I think 1 year so that warranty will expire then you will make great excuse. More than 2 month has been over still I am waiting for mobile. MEDIA HOUSE MOBILE CELL AGRA service is not able to repair my REDMI 2S. Every visit they demand more than 1 week, how many days i wait for my phone XIAOMI please let me know....F*****g MI Service.

I have bought xiaomi redmi 1s via flipkart order number of which was OD201801818471926800 i got my phone with IMEI no. 864376021774467 or 864376021774475 and serial number of which was 746820783078 against the name of kumari lata.

Phone was working excellent but somehow in August it started to hang and later i got charging issues, so i had to submit my phone at patna service center named B.M TRADING dated 21/08/2015 they asked me to write all the problems submit phone and come after 12 days. I was handed my phone after 16 days without solving major problems instead they handed me my phone with some more problems in it. In service job sheet I have mentioned about

1. Charging problem
2. Charge non storage
3. Hanging issues
4. Software updates

They returned my cell phone after only changing its charging pin nothing else was done for hanging or software update issue when I took my phone home i found it is missing screw and back cover isn't fitting however when i started my phone i found its not getting signal strength as well. Again after a day i have to reach service centre and stay there for about an hour as B.M. TRADING is already dealing with 6 to 7 more companies service center at a very small place after knowing my problem they collected my phone unofficially and after fixing its all screw and working on it they returned with network signals. when I stated again for charging issue they took my phone and said we will update it, i agreed for updates but instead of updating they backdated my phone as the oldest version of JHCMIBF35.0. When i purchased my phone it was around 46.0. Nd recently i had updated it somewhere around 50.0+.

After phone being backdated its giving too much heating and hanging problem even I'm facing poor network connection, applications are not functioning properly overall service centre ruined my phone, even service center people said it takes around a month if motherboard is to be changed which anyone would not like to face as customers put their money for a gadget to use it not for keeping it with service centre for months long time.

Hi this is amresh from chennai. My phone number is 9677169934/7200993034. I bought last 5 month back note 4g mobile. Before everything is good and working condition. There is only one problem that hotspot was not working. I went mi service center in Egmore chennai. He received my phone and he told its not big issue it will shot it out. He given me one job sheet and he told to me please come two or three days latter. I went there in morning 9 o'clock and I wait there an 1hower than my number came. After he given my mobile and he told me there is rwr water problem and he simply told to now you can change your motherboard and it cost a round 7000 rs. Before that mobile everything working but now when I am taken back from service center is there so many issue. I sour service center person exchange my motherboard. So please I request you to all please don't by this company phone.

I purchased redmi2 on 13 sep 2015 and it got dead on 4th oct 2015. This has been sent oQarmatek services pvt ltd, Ahmadabad service center and still what the status of the mobile. They are not communicating about mobile inspite of many emails have been sent them. Still I am waiting for my repaired/unrepaired/replaced mobile. They are not answering of my any email. They are completely making fraud with the online customers.

Dear xiaomi,

This is to inform you that myself happy gupta had purchased a mobile handset of xiaomi on 10 Nov and reference purchased details attached for same.

While using the same had observed many errors of application and hanging problems in handset with having good configuration. So I think there might be a handset problem which is creating such issue and for which I am not able to use this phone properly. There is no service centre in chhattisgarh. I am also complaint to your customer care number they will say me your handset will be replaced after some day request in process & after some day I will call your service centre now they will say not able to replaced the phone. I am facing huge problem in this phone please help me to this issue do some need full.

When I was purchase this phone you tell me if you face some problem in this phone you can replace this phone after purchase 10 day still I am not completed 10 days pls replace my phone because this is impacted your brand image pld help me.

My redmi note 3 is not getting repaired by your service centre Ensure support service madhya pradesh for last two months as they are not having motherboard available at their office. so please help me in solving this problem.

Dear Concerned I had purchased a Redimi Prime. After couple of days the camera was not working hence I had visited the service center on 18/11/2015 At Naraina New Delhi with Job card no, JS15111800507. The expected date of delivery was 30/11/2015. However on my every visit on last three four days they tell me the phone is not rectified it. I believe it was my mistake to spend my hard earned money to get this pathetic after sales service.

I request your help to fix this or provide me a new phone in lie of that. A similar phone as stand by will also helpful till the time it gets rectified.

Cheapest company I have never seen before. I had buy a mi4 imei no:- 865291029492278 on 23 Nov n mat with charging problem. I have submitted my cell in ur service center in surat "ensure support service India limited " on date 15-dec-2015. The company says time period of service is max 13 working days but still I have not got my cell. The service center is not giving any reply and I can't talk to any responsible person even your help line number is not working. Really I'm very disappointed with your service and xiaomi going to loose many customers in India very soon.

My camera of phone Xiaomi prime has been defective for more than one month. It was collected by Gadgetwood for repairs, a sub company of Xiaomi (id xio2016010809041) but has been returned without repair. It was informed that the motherboard is defective and they are awaiting spare. The defect was reported in 06 Jan and has not been resolved till date.

I have purchased redmi 2 two weeks ago. Day after day, its ram keeps on reducing and now its speed has also reduced. I am not able to contact with company customer care number. Can you help me to solve it out??

Hi xiaomi,

I have purchased mi4i mobile from flipkart on 24-7-2015. it was running good for 2 months but after that i started facing problems with the phone. At first the earphone port showed problems then i took it to the care on 14th october 2015. Then after one month they changed the motherboard. then after that the display went black and again i took it to the care on 28-11-15 and they kept it for one month and changed the motherboard once again and display too. then again my phone started showing same problems..again i took it to the care on 3rd feb 2016 . they are not showing any seriousness towards the solution of my problem.

So i would be very grateful to if you look into this matter and replace my phone with a new one.

I purchased my phone just four days ago. There is no problem in working process but the phone is continuously to be on position of charging without plugging in charge, this causes loss off battery. I would be very grateful if you look at this matter and replace my phone with a new phone.

i orderd redmi note 3 32gb dark grey from mi.in on 11th of may and fot it on 18th of may but i was faulty device it was not charging and auto rebooting and crusing in every second and was not stable i ask for replacement my phone was pick up on 28th of may and got shipped via bluedart on 31th may by sunil (name of recipitor) mi customer service man said thst i will be delivered in 7 working but its 10th working day my phone is not yet even dispatched from mi warehouse i col them they are just saying wait and wait.

While call is on, there is no display on screen. You cannot disconnected nor you can do anything until call got finish. How to get display screen while call is on, if I want to disconnect the call or want to add some one for conference.

I hv purchased redmI 2, last year, but it not working properly, some display problem occurred, motherboard problem facing with that. Service centre not ready to handle it without invoice, I hv lost my invoice bill. I hv called to customer care for duplicate invoice, they r not ready to sent my duplicate invoice on my mail id. And now toll free number is continuous busy since morn. No any response frm customer care. I am suffering from last few days.

My redmi note 3 has already used by some one before opening my product pack. I clicked some picture in which wax are shown.

I purchase a red-mi Mi4I mobile but it is not working properly. I submit my mobile in service center sec. 18 noida, on date 11-06-2016. And expected return date 28-06-2016 but today is 01-09-2016 my phone was not repair, please solve my problem fast and don't leave a customer fraud. I'm very disappointed to Mi-company and services center. please solve my problem urgently.
