Hi am anusha nayak, i am using your network since 6 years . My no is 9902040993. Yesterday i have been recharged 149 rs for prepaid data pack and i used for 1 hour after that unable to connect the network. The same data pack is available on other airtel numbers , why i m not able to get this data pack on my number.Today i have recharged for 30 RS , Now i try to contact the customer care and the reply was the amount which u have activated for data pack of 149 RS is not valid, now i am facing a network problem please take a necessary step regarding my network or else i will change the network.

Dear sir,

I have ported my BSNL mobile sim into airtel prepaid sim on 22nd Aug, mobile no.9431448677. call incoming & out going function is ok, but I am unable to received & send text messages. So please check & solve it.

Sir, I have paid my bill of rs. 200 against my mobile no. 9919448811 on 23/08/018 on Jaunpur telecommunication jogiapur kutchery road Jaunpur. As my bill due amount was rs. 186 but I paid 200 Rs. And was said to me that there is network problem so must wait for tomorrow,, but my no. Is still closed,, so sir kindly help me... My receipt no. Is 3261.

My airtel mobile number Is: 7895495139. 2nd coupon of Rs.75/- is expired due to transaction failed with bank during recharge my number with Rs.399/- while validity of coupon will be expire in year 2020. I have not get Rs.75/- 2nd coupon back till today. Airtel app show me 2nd coupon of Rs.75/- expired.I think Airtel deceive me.

On my no. 9773685049 a data pack get renewed itself making my balance to 0. The pack costs me Rs29 which reactivates itself without my knowledge and this pack has renewed twice costing me rupee 58. I am having a very bad time with Airtel and I will no longer use it if you people don't refund my money. Since I am using Airtel from a very long time, seeing these kinds of situation I no longer want to continue. And kindly deactivate this pack too on my number. Kindly refund me the money else I need to see a permanent solution.

When there is 4g network the download speed is 2mbps and uploading speed 0.58mbps and i not able to get 4g signal in my house i should come out of the house and download or upload some videos and iam happy with this network as is said it is the no 1 network in india i don't experience it and bad network connection.

Hi Airtel,

Please check my attached screenshot, and please answer my question... The biggest network claims that he never failed at 4G networks and services. Then why I am facing such issue?

Today I have done the recharge of Rs.49 which give the offer of 3GB Data for the day, am not able to see in the my airtel application, my last recharge history or also no confirmation from your customers service....

Need answer on it... Forget about network it's sucks always... But what about my last recharge which I have done...

Your slogan supposed to be "Sab kuch try karo par #BC #Airtel Kabi mat try karo".

I use your dish very long time. i shift dish other side in our flat. your engineer install it i pay full payment.few day dish not working.i complain. engineer come and check and say loss connection he repair i pay full payment. after few day my dish not working. sir please clear my complain urgently. in my case your site problem i cannot pay any charge for this issue.

I have been facing problems with internet surfing/downloading during night times. How can you claim your network fast. It is the worst.

I am using this non sense airtel mobile service of no 7389917069, now the bloody SIM is deactivated cause my entire day to day work hampered badly. a lot of problem facing with this airtel. Suggest me should I thrown this SIM or you will short out my problem by immediate take in service?

Kindly deactivate the land line on 07.09.2018 and kindly inform me the amount I may have to pay, if any as I am going abroad for a period of 6 to 9 months. Please do the needful and oblige.
