We have booked maruti ecco from our nearest showroom that is Adarsh motors pvt. Ltd at attapur Hyderguda Hyderabad. My booking number is 825450668/sobi8001867 and booking date is 20-4-2018. Still we did not receive our car.... It's already 2 months over. The manager Mr Srikanth committed of 40 days time and when approached them' they told that it will take more 1 week time because it is red color. After that again we contact them they delayed n delayed for delivery of vehicle.. n it still happening. so we wanted to know why it is taking time to delivery. Maruti is such a reputed name and why the service has been delaying. So I'm requesting to the concerned authoritites to look into the matter n kindly do the needful.... So pls reply us soon as we r eagerly waiting for our red color vehicle... Pls arrange red color. Thanks in advance.

We have given the payment of insurance on 14-3-18. they had promised us that they give insurance copy within three days. but not only they behave very rudely but also denied our complaint and told us to file complaint against them as if they dont have problem with this complaint. i want a reply as soon as possible and take strictly action against them for their immoral and rude behaviour.

Hi,

This is to bring in your notice that i have given my Maruti Wagon R to service center for regular service and the car airconditioner was not cooling. The representative attended the problem and they did the normal servicing and for AC they checked GAS leakage testing and done a AC gas top up and finally they gave me the vehicle and the bill amount was 13354 RS Date of servicing was 20 April 2018.Now as on date today 16 June 2018 from past 5 to 6 days i am facing a problem the seat near to driver floor is getting wet , when i contacted Maruti service center guys and told them that the floor is getting wet and is because of AC water coming inside, they inspected the vehicle and told me that its not because of AC they told that you mite have taken the vehicle from water and the water is coming from bottom and you need to change the complete floor and stuff which would be around 50000 RS.

Now i have just one question there is no rain in Gujarat how come water enter from bottom.Second if it was from bottom it should have been dry in 2 to 3 days, but it is not the case it is still wet why.When i have taken a third opinion Just showed vehicle outside they are telling me its because of AC.Service center has charged me around 5000 RS for repairing the AC and now instead of solving that problem they are insisting me to change the complete flooring.This is the kind of service we are getting in service centers. Kindly look into this or i need to take some serious actions.

In regard above subject vide Regd. no. PB22N 8796, Purchased on 23-03-2016 from TARA AUTOMOBILES ABOHAR, PUNJAB, SWIFT VXI PETROL.

We would like to draw your kind attention in the above mentioned car having defective clutch plate problem which is very hard to apply since the beginning. On each and every due services we had requested for the ratification of the clutch and average which has not been done. first services were done at tara automobiles at 8233 km and other service were done from jamkash vehicleades channi himmat, Jammu.

Rectification of clutch hardness and low average were the main concern that was informed them time and again but of no satisfaction. while driving with the hardness in the clutch has put me in discomfort resulting in sever left knee and thy joint pain.

May I request you to kindly instruct the concern sr. person / department to rectify the hardness in the clutch at the earliest.

On 29.04.2018 I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership Maruthi swift vdi 2018 . Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the continuous problem in break,now i ran 2250km in between that i had twise the breaking problem and i replaced the break pad in first service and now too its happening continuously ( service rf . no : jc18001883) on 23.05.2018. 'Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there. So i given today also to the service center for the same problem in between 1000km again.

I would appreciate it if you could organise to make necessary actions again the problem or replace the car. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost (while i travelled with my family , am here with the gods grace to complain you , because break is one of the major in the vehicle ,n so i cant take any other chances. So please take back this car or else replace the car immediately).

I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved , I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the courts.

I bought Swift Dzire VXI from Maruti Suzuki Arena HDN Motors Pvt. Ltd. Tatibandh Raipur C.G and on the date 18/07/2018 i left my car there for servicing (Only general checkup & washing). So during servicing time they disabled ECU and there service manager mr. Rajkumar karan say its not our responsibility. Now they are charging 10,256 Rs/- for new ECU, as i left my car there on working condition but during servicing or washing period of time they disabled or short circuit ECU. Why should i pay for it again, they damaged that so it's their duty, so now you tell it's whose responsibility?

I m having Maruti brezza 2017 model. I used to service my car at bardoli Kataria automobiles. After 35000 kms when I had placed for routine service, Kataria auto has charged@ 5500rs towards labour. Normally people have general view that your car’s maint charges are very normal. but I experienced after putting at Kataria bardoli that nothing less people have to spend towards routine service.it is the routine that every service charges comes around 8000 to 10000 Rs. pls do needful.

It's very bad experience from your dealer (Racca Nashik Maharashtra). They are only making money. Really I am not purchase any car from Maruti Suzuki next time because it's not about car performance but the service is very poor from your Dealer.

You guys need to look your dealer closely it's my suggestion for you.

And one more thing You should give the training to your dealer guys for how to handle the customers because my problem not solved and they argue.

I am an owner of Maruti Wegnar VXI. 4th Service of my car had been done by authorised service center DD Motors at Najfgarh in New delhi on 20/08/2018. I have paid Rs. 2194 as service charge. But Rs. 500/- additional taken from me for wheel alignment setting. I am in confusion whether wheel alignment setting is not a part of service. Hence, following may be clarified:- Is charges of wheel alignment setting not included in service charges?

If , the charges of Rs. 500/- for wheel alignment are included in service charges, how can I receive my amount back?

What works are included in service charges? Please provide lists of jobs.

Never ever buy Maruti. Wagon R engine broken in running ...........Merely escape to die. And customer care---dealer----no response.

Jamkash Vehicleads Pvt Ltd, Nexa, Jammu have done cheating with me by delivering defective Baleno car. Raised it to Mr Shiv Pushp Territory Service Manager-NEXA and Sachin Ahuja Regional Service Manager-Nexa, Rishab Sharma TSM – Nexa North 2 but seems their intention is to hide this act of Nexa dealer.

I am not at all satisfied with car performance, Getting Gear and clutch problem from the very first day of purchasing car, Clutch is so hard like old car, Gear are stucking and car giving jerks while shifting gear. Suspension is very bad which has caused back pain to me and my wife due to discomfort, Suspension is making noise and giving bumps even on plain road, and its like nightmare on small and large pits. Complaining regarding this but no one contacted, Even complained during feedback call but lady ignored my compliant, Again received feedback call from some guy also but no response, Complained about this to RM of nexa, On very second day of purchasing car, Contacted service manager on very next day and also complained about this during first service but no resolution. As per service center same was resolved but surprisingly problem increased day by day. Steering is hard and responding like old car on turns on hilly highways.

Date wise Cheating done by Jamkash Vehicleads Pvt Ltd Nexa and how they hided this act

Booked car on 21/05/2018 – Booking confirmation received on mail on 22/05/2018 with confirmation that Waiting period for your vehicle is 6 weeks applicable from the date of booking which is 21/05/2018. No verbal commitment is applicable on your booking.

Surprisingly received call on same day i.e 22/05/2018 and with verbal communication Car delivered on same day.

Seems there was issue in car and car released/delivered to me without temporary registration of vehicle even when payment was deducted. If there was no issue then why car was released without temp registering in RTO. Receipt of payment attached with this mail.

Received mail with delivery checklist from nexa on 23rd may 9:43 AM that Temporary Certificate of Registration is also provided, where as same is wrong. Car is temporarily registered on 23/05/2018 @ 18:23 as per receipt of Jammu RTO department. Registration and booking and delivery certificate attached with mail.

Suspension and Gear prob detected in new car from the very first day. Even Gear was stucked on delivery while shifting car on ramp. That time RM Jugdeep Singh was driving car. He told me that this is new car for him that’s why he was not able to shift gear properly. While taking car to home I faced hard clutch and Gear shifting problem. Delivery was late @ 7:30 pm and showroom was closed and I was not able to visit service centre for complaining same.

I visited service centre of Jamkash vehicleads Jammu on next day 23/05/2018 and and Complianed regarding same to RM Mr Jugdeep on no 7006954668 call time 14:38:25 and Service Engineer Mr Ashish service engineer on no 7889661908 call time 14:41:42. They opened bonnet of car and done some temp changes and told me that this is new car and clutch is hard thats why gear are stucking It will be smooth day by day. But unfortunately problem increased day by day.

Faced suspension problem at same time and complained regarding same during feedback call received from gurgaon office after two or three days of delivery, same can be checked in feedback recording.

Same problem continued and I visited service centre Srinagar on 09/06/2018, Job card no JC18003404, I told about suspension and Clutch and Gear prob, they ignored suspension issue and worked on Gear Hard issue. But issue not resolved.

On family trip to Kashmir I felt that there is not only issue in Clutch, Gear and Suspension but steering is also hard on hilly areas and is not responding properly. Even on plain road steering is felt hard. Even breaks was making noise and not responding properly.

After returning back from Kashmir I visited nexa service center On 27/07/2018 and here also Jamkash service center did cheating with me to hide this faulty car issue. Junior staff did test drive with me and found that there is issue in Gear, Clutch, Steering and suspension and issued job sheet no JC18000522 to me. In suggested jobs they clearly wrote that there is Noise from brakes, Clutch is hard, Noise from suspension and steering is hard. Surprisingly on same day 27/07/2018 I received mail from id jamkashnexaqm @gmail.com that car have been thoroughly checked and all the demanded/suggested jobs have been completed as per specifications. Our service manager Mr. Ashish had contacted your good self for the same, you are requested to take your vehicle at the earliest. When I again wrote them on 28/07/2018. They called me for joint drive with QM Mr Saleem on 30/07/2018. Me and My colleague visited for joint drive and then QM Mr Saleem felt that there is problem in clutch and gear and then they mailed me on 30/07/2018 that same need to be dismantled but they denied that there is no issue in steering and suspension where as drive was made on plain road of approx 1 km and in which Quality Manager M.Saleem drove car on plain road for just 100 Mtr and found that there is no issue in suspension and steering, without even taking a single turn. Same communication is on records in my mails dated 31/07/2018. How same can be checked on plain road drive by just driving 100 Mtrs on straight road.

For hiding this faulty card delivery act, They first of all denied on mail dated 27/07/2018 that there is no issue in car they have fixed every thing and then after my repeated requests on 30/07/2018 they realized that there is issue in clutch and gears are stucking and giving jerks. Firstly they planned to hide this act on 27/07/2018 and then they had to accept it because me and my friend was with them on drive on 30/07/2018. Even car was in service centre only from 27/07/2018 till 30/072018 and is still there. Even for selling faulty car they released car without RTO registration.

One more Proof of faulty car delivery is that I booked car on 21/05/2018 and car was delivered on 22/05/2018, but surprisingly when I checked docs PDI is done on 19/05/20018. Seems PDI rejected car was delivered to me. That's why it have lot of issues from very first day. And for hiding same they did a lot of things to hide that.

I wrote to Mr Sachin Ahuja RSM Nexa that if they feel that there is no issue in car Lets also do a demo to random people on my car lets take their comment on suspension and steering part. Lets check the quality of MSIL standards. Or these standards are just shown for hiding act of dealer. Mail ref dated 11/08/2018, 13/08/2018, 14/08/2018, 16/08/2018, 17/08/2018, 18/08/2018 but no date for Joint demo to random people given because they want to hide this act of dealer.

Even on 16/08/2018 I did a joint meeting with ED & CEO (Jamkash Vehicleades) at Jamkash Nexa Service along with TSM Nexa Mr Rishab , I told them to do a test drive with me so that they can check suspension, Steering and Break issue in my car where as they feel that there is issue in Clutch and Gear only. But they clearly denied. Same is communicated to Mr Rishab on mail dated 17/08/2018. I also offered them that Lets also do a demo to random people on my car lets take their comment on suspension and steering part but they clearly denied for joint test drive and demo to random people.

Now Jamkash Vehicleads Pvt Ltd Nexa Jammu is forcing me to take this faulty delivered car after repairs and replacing those parts. But I clearly want refund as I do not want to get cheated.

I have changed 4 car in past but never faced these issued within 3 years of purchasing car. After purchasing this car I feel like I am driving used car and have purchased liability for me.

I purchased new car so that I can be free for repairs and unnecessary issues for few years, I don’t want new car to be opened and dismantled so soon. Now I realize that I would have dismantled/repaired my old car as I am not at all getting feel of driving new car.

Also received few complaint nos on msg by nexa but for no use. Compliant no is NX6191329411, earlier compliant no is NX2479462553.

In short My New car has

Hard Clutch Problem
Gear Problem
Suspension Problem Making lot of noise and making discomfort in car
Steering is hard on turns, especially on hilly highways
Break is giving noise like old car
Car is giving shocks while shifting gear and during pickup
There is pickup issue
Engine is making more noise

I am fan of Maruti and Nexa Brand but due to this issue I have lost my faith in this brand, Kindly return my money along with accessories amount spend on this faulty car.

I have booked dzire at cm auto sale branch morinda, Ropar on 8august but still now my money is not refunded to me. In 8 August I went to their office in morning but after half an hour I called them that I don't want to buy this car they have deposited the booking amount in evening at their head office vut they didn't give it back to me. I am very nervous by Maruti Suzuki as their employees are worst. I had very bad experience with them.

I have purchased Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza from authorized dealer Varun Motors in Hyderabad in May-2017. I have got the 3 services as prescribed by Maruti.

Now I feel I have been cheated by Maruti as the car which was given to me seems to be a defective piece which started troubling just after one year and when it is run for only 13000Km.

I was driving my car on 22-AUG-2018 with my family and all of a sudden car started vibrating after travelling for 1 – 2 km it stopped working. Though the engine got started but car was not moving at all.
I called Maruti Customer Care and they sent me on road assistance which towed my car to the nearest authorized Maruti garage (Gem Motors, Kondapur, Hyderabad).

The Garage personnel informed me that clutch plate has broken and it does not come under warranty because it has happened due to normal wear and tear. I was surprised to hear that as how the important parts such as clutch plate has life only of 1 year. Thus I feel that I have been cheated by Maruti which did not provide me a good piece of car and it might have been a defective vehichle which was delivered to me.

I contacted Maruti TSM in Hyderabad and after following up for multiple time for one day, he also said the same thing that since it has life only for one year the same might have been broken due to rain or other conditions and seems TSM was speaking same language as dealer.

Sound this car creates is unmanageable. This proves that the inferior quality of product which was delivered to me.

with reference to subject I would like to inform you that ,This is Nihalsing Dehengal Dept. of police I have bought vitara brezza car from pagaria auto Aurangabad Maharashtra in invoice Date 30/12/2016. Recd . date 18/01/2017 Chasis no. MA3NYFB1SGM185825 And engine no.D13A2960499

From date of buying this car I am facing many electrical issues like as its battery gets down very fast , front lights glow automatically, sometimes the electrical harnesses get over heated. This all issues attended by pagaria auto maintenance person. They temporarily solved that issues and says that this is ok but several times. I am facing front head lamp automatically glowing and battery discharge. I am working in police dept. in sensitive section and due to vehicle issue more time I am in trouble.

On 16th august we travelled from Aurangabad to Mumbai and returning home back the cars lights glowed automatically and the battery discharged the car doesn’t started up I had to toe the car from Mumbai to Aurangabad it was of so much inconvenience I called the servicing people but they didn’t came after calling also. Now, my vehicle at dealer end and dealer service officers says that your vehicle is ok pick up the vehicle.

So, I humbly request you to please solve all issues of my vehicle with guaranty so, I collect my vehicle from dealer end. Awaiting your valuable co-operation.

We have Purchased maruti Suzuki Dzire ZXI from DD Motors Janak puri vide Vehicle Registration number DL8CAU6696 on 04-07-2018.However, we are facing problem in Dfoger of car as the same is not working since we purchased the car. We went to DD motors Janak puri service center to resolve the issue but staff of DD motors Janakpuri service station is not listening to us. They are not giving any response to us regarding the issue. Further, we talked to manager ( Mr. Sandeep) but the same manager is also not listening to us and they are giving rude reply to us. We regret to say that we are extremely dissatisfied with the service. We purchased the car because of maruti Suzuki brand and we are facing this problem is extremely annoying.

Would request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue at earliest. If our problem is not solved we will not hesitate to go to higher authority and further even to consumer court.

I uday bhan owner of the car whose registration no. Is DL1RTB1538. I met with an accident on 09/08/2018 and then i went to magic auto mayapuri delhi for repairing my car then they told me the estimated time of about 20 days for repair. Every time i call the advisor he told me that the car was under repair next day he told that the car is painted and about to ready in 2-3 days. At the end of waiting for 30 days i went to the workshop then i was shocked to saw my car. It is as usual stand in that condition that i left 1 month ago and then the advisor making excuses and again told me that i will definitely give it one week later. This is the service maruti provide to its customers. I never expect this service from maruti.

I handed over my car (Maruti Suzuki Baleno having number JH01CU4396) on 22/8/2018 to Prem Ranjan, Service Advisor at your Tupudana, Ranchi, Jharkhand workshop regarding an insurance claim and some body repair (on my cost). He gave me 10/9/2018 as probable date of delivery. On 7/9/2018, I gotta call from him and workshop that my car is totally ready for delivery. On 8/9/2018 I told him that I'll take my car tomorrow after re-confirming that complete work is done and it's ready for delivery. On 9/9/2018, on reaching the workshop, after more than 1 hour of unnecessary waiting time I found a part was still missing in my car, I had left 3 new door bits in my dickey while handing over the car asking him not to fix those items but the items were being fixed over the car body, the one piece welcome LED light was also found loosen.

Ignoring all these faults I took my car but after some time of drive I found the AC not working which was earlierily totally ok. On returning back to workshop over this issue he started giving unacceptable excuses. Even than in the name of sorting it out he was taking much time. So I left my car saying to get the delivery later.

This is all the horrible unexpected experience I went through in your workshop.

I want your kind attention towards repair of my car at the earliest in all respect and strict actions should be taken against him for his unacceptable irresponsibility. Hoping a quick disposal from your side.

I have purchased new swift car on 13.03.2018.

Smoothly working 3-4 months ,After that suddenly Abnormal sound from car and this detail share to Nanda auto mobile .That's officer suggest to me that car saw in maruti garage after that I have seen my car at rajula maruti garage two times but not rectified that problem after that I have serviced my second service at Una perfect maruti garage. Where I meet officer and talked about problem and he received the problem very well. But after two day same problem found and this matter dissection with una maruti garage and officer replied to me that in warranty brake shoo replaced, My Swift is in warranty period. I hope my car is repaired earliest.

I took my Alto800 for Periodic maintenance service to Satya Workshop Sirgitti. I didn't expect such pathetic service from the market leader.

I asked them specially for tyre rotation and it was mentioned in job card as well. The very next day they called me sharp 2:30 pm, Sir your vehicle is ready u can take it home. I asked them till what time is workshop open, they replied- Sir you can come anytime before 7pm,, as have to travel about 60kms for Bilaspur and there is less availablity of public transport in my village, due to which I reached workshop at 6pm & what I found?

Tyre rotation which was specially mentioned in job card was not done. And they took 40 minutes for billing. I talked to workshop manager and I was handed over my vehicle at 7:05 pm. I had a meeting fixed @ 6:30 expecting my Car would be delivered in about 20-25 minutes and I'll reach to my meeting point in 5 minutes. But due to this pathetic service I couldn't reach there and I had to suffer business loss. Mind you this is not the first time, They provided poor service in last 2 services. Over and above that I asked them for wheel bearing check up and they did not check & fix the problem. Again I've to take it to workshop which is 60 kms away from my home.

Now I'm wondering shall I go for a Maruti car in future???

1. In a service when they checked break pad & didn't fir it properly so I had to face problem with break and I had to call service mechanic to my home to fix the problem.
2. In a service they didn't wash the vehicle properly and while I lodged a complain they call me for washing again. Does it seem logical to drive 60 kms again just to get it washed.

This time they made a blunder which I couldn't neglect and felt like conveying my message to higher authorities.

Kindly note the concern and make necessary improvements if possible. It's totally unsatisfied service at Satya. I won't recommend Maruti to anyone planning new car.
