I have purchased BY THE ORDER NO5706420468 ASGARD Day n date feature blue shining dial watch on 1 aug2018 ,which was delivered to me by expressbee on 3 aug 2018 on opening it was found that the colour of the dial of the watch is faded from inside and the glass is broken ,so i kindly request to change the watch as earliest as this is to be given to other person.

When I am trying to up load my KYC details through any of the Govt ID in your app/Website after my login it is not accepting and giving error message "Some thing went wrong. Please try again later" I have tried so many times.

Dear sir. your company must be awarded for the poorest and non customer friendly award for your customer care system.no doubt slowly and slowly company is moving towards earn revenue by fraud and cheating the customer. approx 10 days my account is temporarily blocked. i hv tried through 24*7 helpline but result is zero. every time reference token/ticket number generates and without solving the issue it shows that no issue pending or found.within one week a f.i.r.will be done against this company by my side and probably it will be the first case in the india so that other people may also came forward and proceed towards legal action against the company. hoping meeting soon in the court of law.

My paytm reg. mo. no. is 9752876628 but by mistake i have done kyc (link with aadhar number) of another mobile number i.e. 9302413686. i already tried to change the same.

So you are requested to please do the needful. i want to link my mobile number 9302413686 for paytm transaction only and remove old mobile number i.e.9752876628.

My contact number is 9650446493/8447552131 but as I am checking the details its showing delivered (whenever I cancelled the same before days) but after that when i checked my refund amount was 0 rs. and courier status was delivered. but i didn't received the same. when I called to that guy who called me before delivery, he told me that we returned the courier to paytm back (as he received the call for cancel order) his person contact number was 8076942506. I shared my problem to your helpline (My Order) but they are not taking seriouly I cheated by your staff...nd c.care number is also not connecting ...please resolve the issue as I am facing. That was a small amt..approx 269/- but its not gud. I am your regular customer.

I got a call from paytm no.+91 7786870655, offering gift after purchase of min.4000/- from patym mall. As per they said money sent to them through upi for purchase of Titan watch rs.5393 now miss disa from paytm says send som 11000 rs.for GST. which was not told before deal.

My Paytm atm card was lost and i had blocked it but i found it. Now i want to get the atm card unblocked, how to do it?

It is brings to your notice , i have purchase one memory card from " Pay Tm Mall" with paid Rs 1199/- through my credit card, then i brought this product on line , from your team given the time for product delivery 23-09-2018, approximate but till date its not has not delivered for me and my address which is mention in my details accordingly.

then i visit and call to customer care no's regarding confirm for same delivery status for yesterday and today, its is showing today in evening by any courier boy which is showing name Mr. Deepak kumar (contact no - 08800304860). I make a call for same to know my delivered status, and question to him why have not delivering it me for before 5.00 Pm. He talk with me in rude behavior, your consignment will be delivered in last like evening 5 to 9.00 Pm.

Your all customer care no's and line most of time busy and not picked by any person my call , perhaps you're cheating with customers and not giving promise service as you are assuring to us. it is very bad experiences with me with PayTM.

Tell me about for same delivered status and misbehavior by courier boy. take the action and confirm me status, if you not take action i will go for litigation for file legal cases against company.
