Complaint about a activation
I have received a message that ur super store service has been renewed on my airtel for 7days for 35rs I neglected this message but when I recharged my phone with 50rs this service has been activated. It is not good without my permissions you have no right to activate. Why should I call or SMS or say stop for a message .this may happen to other also so please kindly do not send such message.
Payment
I have various accounts of Airtel internet. While making payment, by default, I make payment of my connection 01204566300 twice. one by cheque and second on line. This on line payment was of connection 012033272332 in the name of Madhu Sharma. Now one connection is excess paid and other is unpaid. Please
adjust this on line payment in the account no 012033272332 so my both accounts may be kept clear.

No network
I have been using Airtel since 2013 and it was working well infact when the 4G had launched it was at its best.
Now for last two weeks it has no networks at all I am facing many problems with it , once network goes it doesn't comeback. I live at Kotla Mubarakpur New Delhi, 9560484408. If problem is not solve I will choose some other network.
Not able to buy new handset
My number 9654490713 has an active family plan of rs 799 due to which i m not able to purchase new handset as it says i already have family plan activated on this number. Please remove this plan from my number and activate monthly rental plan of handset samsung note 9.
Not receiving international messages after porting into AIRTEL
My number has stopped receiving International messages after porting into Airtel.complained about it to Airtel retail store.Per them I should receive an international message on prepaid sim with no charges.and customer care person told receiving international sms costs 5 rs/message.Wrong Information is being conveyed.
FYI - Had received these messages on all providers except AirTel. Please look into it.

Complaint against Airtel secure customer care
Hi, I am deepti registered from Airtel number 9873263085. I have taken the Airtel connection 4 months back wherein store dealer has informed me that you can claim your phone insurance through airtel secure and advise me how to upload the documents. I have uploaded the documents and it has been verified by the airtel secure customer care team. Unfortunately, my mobile screen was cracked and i contacted the team to advise the process of claim and i have uploaded all the documents as advised however i got the message from the team that your phone was already damaged at the time of uploading the initial documents and we cannot pass the claim. I did not understand why they have initially verified the documents and add my phone under the insurance process when at the time of reimbursement they could not process it.
Why airtel provides this scheme to the customers when they cannot commit and will not provide such benefits. Is this only to sell your connections. How bluntly they talk to the customers and did not understand the other side and tell if you want to escalate please email to Airtel 121. I will request to look into the case and let me know how come phone was registered under Airtel secure if it was already damaged.
Ported sim not working

As per merging of telenor and airtel my telenor number 7479751769 converted to airtel but there is a huge network problem. it's not the area problem my all other airtel sims are working problem but sim (that is converted from telenor) is not working properly.. what should I do..?
Regarding Airtel worst service
My number is 8800884197. i am not able to use internet it does not work any time its shows 4G but when i open any site its start showing 'E'. Also if i try to call 20 times on same number one call get connected maximum time its show "Not registered on network". Tried to complain number of times Even i thought for port but while applying for port i got Call that we will resolve ur problem since then they forgot.
Even if u mark number of mail i thing they don't read it . call number of times on 121 even i don't know how to speak to customer care executive there you will get million option in IVR but non of those will not take you to customer care executive.
Any one from air tel please resolve my problem, We don't keep phone just for keeping it silent in today world its has become very urgent.

Billing problem for dongle 7042902362
Dear sir,
I have taken a dongle (7042902362) for inter net services.
After one month, my services are suspended due to non payment of bill as I have not received the bill. Now recently I received a bill of >1500. Which indicate that even after suspension of services the billing is being done which is not correct. I am ready to pay the bill of one month till services was provided and continue further.
Please update the bill.
