My hip no.7014277673 3 महीने से कंप्लेंट की हुई है ना तो पूरा नेटवर्क आता है और ना ही स्पीड मिल पा रही है. बार-बार कंपनी की तरफ से यह कहा जाता है कि आपकी समस्या का समाधान जल्दी किया जाएगा, मैंने हर महीने में एक दो कंप्लेंट की है लेकिन अभी तक का समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो पाया. दिन में कभी भी 3 महीने में 500 MB से ज्यादा यूज़ नहीं कर पाया हूं मेरे 3 महीने के हर रोज के 1 GB डाटा बेकार में चले जाते हैं जिसका मुझे वापिस रिटर्न मिलना चाहिए.

Dear sir, I have purchased Wonderchef Nutriblend 63152297 400watt mixer grinder with 3 jars by the Amazon having invoice no. MH-SPNA-1004-721741dated 27/5/2017. Billing address was Mr. Pradeep Kumar Malviya , central bank of India main market porsa Morena M.P. After using the product for 1 year approx. Unfortunately the grinder machine stop rotating. I called to customer care toll free no. But always busy. I made my complaint on 3-7-2018 on my father's name Niraj Shrivastava. Your officers promise to replace but till now didn't receive any confirmation. Please help sir.

Jio tv suddenly stop..i don't know what to do?

Some of the channel not working properly few days ago that app work very fast but now the time some channel do not open.

Since 20 days, I'm not getting live program on jio TV app in my phone. I already called customer care about the issue till now not yet solved.

Every time I log into jio cinema, I am asked to provide the jio number and jio ID. Now, kindly inform me what is my jio ID. In the package provided to me, there isn't any no. such as jio ID. It has only an ICCID.

I m not use the whole 1.50 gb high speed internet only use the 400-500 mb during the watching video on YouTube in video quality format of 360 for 45-50 minits ,than how will be spend and consume the whole 1.50 gb high speed internet, in case of low coverage areas. And why are you forcely consume the my data , it's not fair ,and I have already tolked with jio adviser and it's senior officer at customer care number 198, they have not give the satisfied answer of this problem and enable to resisted the this problem, So please give my remaining high speed data.

I under stand as per plan 399/- giving you 1.5 gb data per day.But due slow speed all data wastage , unable to consume provide data against mobile no. 7982141078. Yesterday 22nd July 8.00 pm. to 9.00 pm. called to your customer executive but not responding properly. I think all executives are under pressure.

Sir. I used jio digital life plan. When I recharge 399Rs, I paid 349Rs and also received 100Rs voucher. Sir I don’t understand how i use my benefit voucher.
