Please call me at 9999500799. i m using 7 landline connections. Inspite of making a bill i get reminder calls every day. If you do not stop these call i will get my numbers port to some other service provider. most horrible customer service. No response no proper Service.

Hi this is karan from barmer Rajasthan my no. is 8452851611. My balance is unnecessarily deducted from my account. I tried to contact the customer care but no use once ur csr refunded my balance in just few, minutes. they deducted the same. no customer care is resolving my problem. I think that it's time to switch to another company bcoz every time I recharge u deduct d balance.

I am Biswanath Baidya live at Behala 33A,Banamali Naskar Road. Police Station Parnasree Pally Behala Kolkata: pin-7000 60. West Bengal. My Airtel number 9831931139 is not connecting with SIM mobile so far it seems bad. I changed a store Behala (kokata) the same number from an airtel store yesterday, at approximately nine to thirty minutes. But it is not the connection that seems to be registered failed (The registration failed to show up) Now please activate my SIM / Mobility and I will be very beneficial.

I have recharged Rs-199/- to my mobile phone number-9901918408 Through my Airtel app, transaction reference no-816807481409 dated 17Jun18,which is still pending for recharged. pl do the needful. Its hopeless services you are providing.

My mobile no is 7054873873. I have recharged my account on this message provided by your asp-Rs99 mein Unlimited Local STD aur Roaming call saath hi 100 SMS/din aur 1GB/din data+1GB data 28 din ke liye. Shartein laagu. According to this offer I should get 1gb daily and 1gb more which means total 29gb data but I have only got 2gb data. Which is strictly violating the offer. I should get my full data and 1 more problem is about your very slow internet speed and according to your ads your asp is fastest in INDIA then where is it.

Hello Airtel your service for voice is first if I don't get a proper voice or a network for good speaking I need help. please call me back right now.

I am Airtel user. From last two months I switched from vodafone in search of more faster and best network, but this is very slow. I called several times customer care, visit your stores but they are unable to resolve my network problem. Plz do the need full for the same.

Company can call me to recharge 99 for unlimited call and 1 gb data per day after recharge airtel did not give me. Airtel only give 2gb data 28 days and UL call 28 days. Recording proof in my mobile. Mobile number - 9813551313.

Hi, i don't want to use airtel post paid sim anymore. As i m not using it bt i am getting bill every month. I am happy with jio as once i recharge and i get benefits for 3 months. I am finding airtel costly. So kindly i request u to plz stop my service.

This is informed to you in kodagu district,Karnataka state ,Airtel Network so poor.especially in rainy season it became worst. Ex-Voice structe, some type of noise came when make a call. We were facing this issue from past 3 months ,still not working properly. This is the area pin code 571236 (SOMWARPET TALUK). This is my phone no_9731607258. Plz resolve this issue as soon u can possible.

Internet connection is provided by Airtel company. But from yesterday i.e. from 27th June it is not working showing 400 Error. Please send your technician at my house No. 212, DK-1, Danish Kunj, Kolar Rd., Bhopal, MP-462042 at an early date.

There is no internet service on my phone before 5 months..I am also chage SIM card but till there is no internet on my phone..So plz discont on my Bill.So check our internet device..We use data by WiFi only.

I had changed my no jio into airtel but it never seems to work well especially inside house but it's working perfectly outside pls i need an solution how shall I use 4g in my home its not connecting as 3g to in home i need a solution. Its just my problem not all sim apart from this airtel is pucca brand.

I was using postpaid card 8600000280 from last 1 year. Last 2months I did not paid my postpaid bill because i was out of my town facing some problem with life. Suddenly what Airtel company did they gave my number 8600000280 to someone else because that person gave some extra money to the Airtel agent and he sold that number. Is there any chance to get my number back?

1. Ref 4 G LTE No 7397474579.

2. The above connection was sold to me by Santa Tele Communications, Krishnagiri on 22 Feb 2018, for which I paid Rs 2400/- vide their Receipt No 508 dated 22 Feb 2018. When I tried to use it, i really surprised to see that there is no 4 G signal in the area of my residence where I intent to use it. So, I feel that the owner of above firm named JOHN and his staff sold me above dongle by giving me false information that my area is already there under 4 G network. Such an attitude of doing wrong business by your Franchise by misleading the poor customers is not appreciated and not acceptable to customer like me. During Mar 2018 I visited his shop and complained to his staff and also I spoke to Mr John through his mob, but he has not taken any action on my grievances for last so many months. His customer support during activation process was also far from satisfactory. I give one mark out of five marks for his customer support. It is really very worst. Last week when I govt a SMS from Airtel asking me to pay of Rs 432/- I went again to him and narrated my problems. It is to my utter surprise the above person instead of solving my problems, he has displayed unruly behavior and instigated me to complain to Airtel Head Office, as out rightly he refused to do anything from his side saying it is not his duty and responsibility, but it is the problem of customer, who are suppose to speak to customer care and complain to Airtel HO to get their problems solved. Thus, I seek clarification from the renowned Co Airtel that what is the terms and conditions under which the above person is authorized to sell your product. Is he only appointed to sell your product without any customer care/service and support. If it is so I am sorry, I am no more interested to be your customer and offer to surrender our CGU connections and all prepaid connections.

3. There was also a threatening SMS saying since I did not pay the above bill on due date, ie 08 Jun 2018, now I am to pay a penalty of Rs 118 as late fee. For your kind information, why don't you check the usage of my above connection for last 4 months at your end. The usage is a big ZERO due to non availability of 4 G tower. So, merely selling a dongle without giving connectivity, you have the right to raise the bill. Then, I have the right to refuse to pay your above bill since your Co (Airtel) failed to provide me connectivity, due to which the usage of your dongle is Zero since from the date of selling to me. I think payment is made only when the service is received. So, show me the details of the service you rendered and I received which warranted raising of bill in my case. Thus it amounts to breach of terms and conditions of selling of your above product to me.

4. Keeping in view of the above, you are requested to take suitable action against the above firm for misleading, wrong selling of product, ill treatment and also the harassment meted out to me (customer) being no fault of mine, so that their marketing activities and behavior should match that of AIRTEL, which has one of the best corporate governance practice in the world under the stewardship of its great Founder. It is also requested to refund Rs 2400/- paid by me and also cancel the above post paid bills to meet the natural justice.
