I have been facing Network Issues. My network Speed has Dropped to 10kbps and I can't contact customer care. When I try to contact it always puts me on hold for 30 minutes and I still can't contact JIO advisors. Please resolve my problem.

Hello I am working in BSF and presently deployed in Salbagan Agartala (Tripura) PIN - 799012. I alongwith many other personnel are having Jio sim but the network of JIO in this location is very bad. In this regard 2 reps of your company visited this location one and half month earlier and they said that the company will install busters at this location for better network but nothing happened till date. Request do the needful at the earliest or we have no other option but to port our JIO sim to BSNL for better network.

I have used my Jio sim on HTC desire 828 dual sim, this is a 4g lte phone. My sim sometimes works and mostly my mobile says" selected network 405873 unavailable. Customer care made a call at 1330hrs today on 28/6/18. At that time network start working but again after 1440hrs till now at 0045hrs 29/6/18.

My Jio no. is 6290996685.
Alternative no. 8697879125.

Same sim works in other phones. Plz resolve my problem. I love reliance Jio sim and even my HTC phone and don't want to reject any of them. Plz dis is my request to plz resolve my issues.

I have make a recharge from jio app using paytm mode in one of my jio number. The money is deducted from my wallet and i received a pending confirmation sms from jio on the same number. but i still didnt received any confirmation from jio and also money is also deducted from my paytm. Recharge is still pending from jio company. according to paytm they have transferred the money to jio merchant , now please either refund my money or recharge my number. jio customer care have only one reply that the transaction is rejected but they are unable to edn the the confirmation for the same. do needful help against this matter.

I am done my recharge today of 399rs but i have already a plan in my jio number.. its until july 8th. if i activate my new recharge aftr the current plan...i will get the double dhamaka offer?

I am facing the problem mentioned in subject due which incoming and other services are restricted but payment and all dues are paid at time of requesting.and now i also call service centre they said you have zero balance.sir plz solve issue as fast as possible.
