My lenovo k3 note which has a touch problem and had requested for return as per company policy within period. But they have rejected my request two times and told me to go at lenovo care and confirm problem. I also did that and get job sheet from lenovo and confirm my problem. Now during this period my 30 day policy's over and then i called at customer care and they told me to mail at cs@flipkart.com i also did that things but no reply from them yet. Now my patience is over and want to take soe effective steps.

My replacement order was cancelled without any intimation. firstly, an executive placed the request of return while I asked him for the replacement. now,as the product (as said by company executives) has lost in amid the way, my order has been cancelled and that too without any information. very disappointing service...must take action.

I had prepaid rs. 169.00 for a book of mr. APJ Abdul Kalam on 30.07.2015, vide, order od103511160128765100. Pl. See that the item has been dispatched. I am a regular customer of flipkart. See that the book has been delivered. Earlier ten days back I have complained this in customer care but no response. By this we loose confidence on flipkart.

Please find my details below as the problem is not getting resolved.Kindly intervene in the matter & do the needful. model no#MI2 prime (xioami)

My order No is#od203864699695951000 Delivered on September 15th,2015.Checked & found internet not working on the same date itself. The customer care was informed about this on September 16th-2015. The technical team informed me that you should use internet of some other operator except airtel & the application was disapproved. The complaint has been launched again with your department. Then I was told to download an application smart check by wi-fi. It was not an easy task for me but i still somehow down loaded the software from my friend. Then again the technical team called up to inform to open the smart check application. I followed all the instruction told by them. Then they told to turn the mobile on & off & inform me about the same whether the problem have been resolved but it failed.

Then next day I complaint again then the executive told me to go to the service center of MI & send us the job sheet, so that they can replace the newly purchased mobile phone. I am very disappointed with the process of replacing my faulty mobile.

I am a regular customer for flipkart as well as a web developer by profession. I found "Maharaja White line solo MX 122 500W Mixe Grinder" at price of 1399 Rs in listing page and with a great surprise it changes to 2399 Rs in detail page. I know the multi seller concept of your site and can guess how you manage the listing of your inventory when one seller sold out or inactive. But this one is real technical bug. In your site many time search provide us a backdated price or data and not match with detail page.

hi flipkart i complaint so much of times you are not solve my prob and not give me a correct responsible so i put a complaint for flipkart. I am a GOVERNMENT STAFF IN HIGHCOURT OF MADRAS as a GOVERNMENT STAFF. your not able solve my problems how you solve some ordinary people problems am so disappointed I think it's not a trusted online shopping.

On 18/09/2015 i bought a samsung j7 mobile but i use 15 min only its so heat charger also and one sim slot is not working i using some times network is working and again restart and that mobile free attached
airtel sim card is also not working am very disappointed for this delivery i like this mobile but i dnt satisfied to use so please kindly return this mobile and give me a new another mobile thank you FLIPKART.

Hello Team,
I have ordered 1 product based on it expected delivery date (25th September, 2015). But did not receive any update about it. When i called Flipkart customer care, they replied that product may get deliver around 28th Sep since it has been misrouted to different location.

Even though product was misrouted I didn't received any update informing the same. When I called up customer care regarding status of my product, they are just responding that email has been sent to concern department and will close you request within 3 working days. Even floor manager is not able to provide me with any product status. He is just able to provide those details which are available on website to track product.

This makes no sense to call up customer care for any issue as they are of no use at all. Inspite of informing about the urgency of the product flipkart executive failed to understand the customer feelings and no action has been taken. During placing order normal deliver time was mentioned as 3-4 days but now delivery time has been updated to 10 days which is really unprofessional in sure competitive market.

This is really disappointing. I did pre-payment that i get order on promised time. But flipkart just failed to fulfill it and failed to understand customer's feelings. Even current status has not been updated on the website as it still shows comments as of 24 sep.

I brought the phone asus zenfone 2 laser ze550kl on last 22 sep and the phone which i got is a defective one. Its proximity sensor is not working properly.so i contacted with asus service centre and they confirmed that the product was defective. when i interact with flipkart executive they sent a trouble shooting app and it also confirmed that the phone was defective. so i want to replace the phone immediately.

Please note that all the orders were placed at IST 13:20 and among above orders first two of the orders delivery commitment was “DELIVERY WITHIN ONE DAY” In Which as per Amzer Store they are committed and hope I’m going to receive the AMZER Back Cover by 01-10-2015(Today itself). But this is to bring into your kind notice that W S Retail is not committed to his delivery although it is a Flipkart owned concern and even W S Retail Mentioned for one day delivery.

Please note that I’m also FLIPKART FIRST MEMBER which is active and valid till 24Dec2015. I have brought a phone honor 4x approx two month ago but after some day it is not working properly. it is always got switch off and hanging also, then i want to return it. so i send my mobile on 7th sep but till now my money is not refund or any action is taken on my matter. please refund the money of honor 4x in under 2 days. if you will not refund my money in under 2 days i will complaint in court.
