Sir I am doing study in upp..but jio net is not working. plz help me.

In my location jio 4g speed is like other 2g network. i also complain in customer care number but no solution. On my handset jio 4g speed is 10-40 kb.

I am writing from New Delhi 110002. My jio net is not working smoothly. Its 4g but did not working well. Infact not even like 2g. I am facing this issue from last week. I registered my complaint regarding this issue but didn't find any solution yet. Please resolve this problem of mine. I want good and smooth internet connectivity on my number.

My jio app is not starting it is not doing a work. When I start this app it is ask you connect care@jio.com. So what, s the problem here.

Still not working i already tell jio customer cear service about this problem .but still not solved. please do it.

I got my international roaming pack activated before leaving to UAE in mid- February on business trip but it didn't worked. I have lodged a complaint in February, but its not been resolved yet. Most unfortunate part is that jio team leave a message that my number is not reachable when ever they have tried to contact me to resolve the issues. Where as every one else can contact me. After that I got a message twice that my complaint was successfully resolved and I should share my feedback. Even in feedback I have mentioned my disappointed, still no reverted back. Then I have lodged another complaint. This is a disgrace for such a massive company, which fails to keep its customers happy. Only money the most for JIO.

There is no 4G network in our area and there is no signal in our area. No network since 4 to 5 months and not connecting calls to customer service. Slow data in side and out side courage area. All problems come only on Jio, all other networks are working fast not Jio. You u are giving ads JIO 4G. there is no network,speed etc... I am believing please solve my problem. It is the problem not from me all Jio customers.
