Data speed low and call center not for solve and no call pick and no complaints solve.

Jios network is very poor from last one month,thus i have not used the network whole day then also the network don't come, i cant receive the call and dont use whatsapp, my data is fully wasted so sir please reply and.solve my problem me and my neighbor in Ranip and. also my workplace inome tax family and city civil.court faces also this problem,so my humble request to u i aspect u.will not give me another chance to comain otherwise i change my card.

I have redmi 4A device. Frist my device have volte option but recently I updated my mobile then not appeared volte option. when download Jio 4G voice app this app not working properly. so I faced a lot of problems for calling process so rectified this problem emergency.. please.

I am a jio user from berhampur, odisha. i bought a new jio sim last month and it worked perfectly. Now before 2/3 days my internet connection is not working properly. i contacted jio care, changed some settings in mobile but it doesn't helped. Moreover jio network is coming, call is going and coming through jio but internet is not working for last 2/3days.

What should be done? altough my data exipires in may 4 2018... this is truely a headache for me. kindly solve this problem.

I'm useing jio4g sim now in my device. but in our area the signal strength is very poor using jio sim. what is benefit, so please built a tower in our area it can help us.

Hi, my self kashinath pandua. i am jio sim user from last 4 month but jio sim doesn't have a proper network in thana area. i am facing too much problem with this network.

I also talk to customer care they told me that it will take 2 months time for solve your problem but its 4 month so how can i survive with this type of network. so, please help me out of this.

My mobile Jio number is 8660080471. The sim is fixed inside a Redmi 4A mobile device. I have recharged my above mobile account,numbered. sim, online, as follows:-

1.Under transaction ID 586401245 on 4th March 2018 for Rs.100/- confirmed by Jio Notification on 4th.
2. Under transaction ID BR0000UZWTE6 on March 9th, for Rs.49/- confirmed by Jio Notification on 9th.

Now Whenever I try to make calls, I get response on my mobile that there is no charge & that I should recharge my account. If my above 2 recharges totaling to Rs.149, are not valid for calls, please arrange to refund the amount to me immediately. Also please clarify the reason for invalidating my above 2 recharges.

The sim was registered on my name PANKAJ KUMAR SINGH and the customer care executive are not picking up my phone , i have called them several times .SO i request you to kindly block my above mentioned number.

This Whole Area is Affected from weak coverage and Aslo No Site planned serving Site I-UE-KAUR-ENB-H004 AND I-UE-LUMB-ENB-VOO3 which is away more than 2.1 and 3.4 Km from this area , i have complaints many time regarding this but still did not get any response from your side and always getting tat from your side since last 2 year and have also called to local network team but still they did not provide solution regarding this. Here minimum more than 200 users are suffering due to poor network connectivity and also they want to churn his number so kindly help for which we can use smooth and seamless jio services.
