Dear sir,

This is in regards with the negligence of the authorized car dealer popular vehicles kainatty branch (MG building, kainatty junction, nh212, kalpetta north, wayanad,pin 6731122, kerala)

I recently bought a new granite grey coloured car of the maruti suzuki alto 800 from one of your showroom in kainatty. i had a very high expectation from it but to my disappointment, the car was not up to mark. i spoke to some of friends, who own the same car and i realized that problems were only with my car and not the model and make of the car firstly. the air condition system does not working yet, which i thought earlier was related to engine.

Also the engine made a particular noise, which was not expected by me. I would also like to point out that, the engine temperature rise too high and unexpectedly. I had checked this out with my friends who confirmed that it was a mistake on behalf the manufactures.

I have bought this car with a lot emotions attached and thus i would like to you to take all necessary action so that these problem are rectified at the earliest. please ensure that i do not have any more complaints regarding the car in the future as well.

My vehicle New Dezire faced accident and given for repair four months past but till date they have not started work nor they demand for spares. This is happening in KURNOOL , AP. Even one car was not repaired in one month. worst service and nil work out put.

I issued one cheque for Rs.3,00,000/- for investment to PNB Mutual Fund but erroneously the agent invest it to PNB metlife insurance for 10 years. I being 71 years age cannot manage the premium for 10 yrs. As such the policy no.22443734 dt 16.01.2018 may please be switched over to your M/F or fixed deposit.

I regret that the signatures in the form are forged. Myself or my son Saumya Sen have not signed on the form. Please enquire and take necessary steps.

Maruti cars are known as value for money in India. But unfortunately new model cars produced by maruti suzuki do not have the maruti label outside . Example new swift, dzire , baleno, ignis. Is the management planning to totally wipe out maruti brand in future which our people had great faith in that brand (MARUTI AUTOMOBILES). Waiting for your reply.

I/we purchased a car model No. (Dzire ZDI+AMT) No. DL8CAR0784 from your authorized dealer Krish Motors, Rani Bagh, Delhi. After two months, at the time of automatic gear change I felt sudden jerk every time. When the car is off, the car moves without hand break on any gear or reverse gear. I lodged my complaint to the dealer (complaint no. 3040543776, Dated 17th March 2018). Dealer gave me test drive on another car. The same problem was with the new car.

I think it is a technical fault/manufacturing defect. Authroized Dealer has no part in this complaint and it can only be solved by the Maruti Plant. Dealer told me that the car is semi-automatic and not fully automatic, but it is nowhere written that the car is semi-automatic. Due to the jerk I am suffering head injury and severe headache.

Kindly receive the car back and send the car for thorough check-up.

My vehicle UP 16 2523 is service center Kiran motor @ Serkhej Ahmadabad. 1st time problem is coming for heating alarm after that vehicle send to Kiran motor for service some part change (Radiator & also work in engine) after that after 2 month same problem is coming, vehicle ids hold @ Kiran motor last 10 days i m very upset for service also B/D.

I wish to look into this complaint about the bad service made by the Maruti suzuki South park motors, Vazhayila peroorkada, trivandrum, kerala.

I purchase maruti Alto k10 vxi From this showroom on 16th march 2018. They promised me certain offers that will made to the car by the date of payment. This includes vinyil flooring, side beading and remote center locking system. This three offers were not made by them at the time of purchase of car ie. On 20.03.18 The manager Arshad misbehaved on me. He behaved as If in a insulting way. Is these things come under your service. Kindly please take action against him. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and What you will do about my complaint.I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible resolve my problem.

I just bought brand new vitara brezza zdi plus in january 2018. car is awesome but only front AC there is no back ac, Nd family is complaining like its too hot when they are sitting back. Even ac is full even u can try u can sit on back seat put the ac on go for drive, even the roof if getting soooooo hot. Much hotter than swift and other cars and guys says its SUV car nd there is no back ac.

2nd things i m not happy with parts service. 2 months only now nd car is making some noise on back while ur pass bumper on small small stones. i went for my 2nd free service in vadodara they dont have parts today is 8th days passed away bt there is no call i receive from service departments, means still they dont have parts for my car. The car is brand new only 2 months i spend 11.35 lakh, only 2 months nd now im struggling. It means now on this weekend if i wanna go far someway than i have to hire someone car?? Bcz i spend 11.35 lakhs for my car nd maruti dont have parts. I am not happy with this at all

3rd thing all doors are not closing easily u have to force hard to close the doors.

4th roof is getting very hot compared to other cars.

The last month I brought a new swift 2018, the last week the main glass is cracked with out any reason or accident. i am contacted with indus group and they immediately forced to claimed and replaced. I think the glass quality is too poor and why they are make to replaced by claiming it. because damage is made up by poor quality. I ashamed to your quality and i was dis pointed. also the poor quality of painting made up in the new swift.

Sir, first of all you check your 'total claim bill' then think why they are convert to claim work. In my opinion you loss your ncb .This is not an accidental damage only manufacturing diffect. You working for him GOD bless you.

I had book alto k10 with cash amounting to Rs 11000 .. from Goalpara Assam on 23 February 2018 but received booking message on 9 March 2018 . They promised to give the car after 2 weeks from booking.. den another reasons... and so... on....,Till now, not yet receive my car. My booking code no is 555952. I'm fed up.

I am talking about body shop claim. very 'popular' dealer doing illegal activity day by day. Damage creation, damage extending. I love maruti but now i hate maruti because the dealer will choosing for you. This type of support you loss your Goodwill maruti. GOD bless you.

Not at all feeling sorry to say maruti suzuki is worst in after sales service and satisfying the consumers nowadays.No response from local dealer, only fooling people. recently i am Maruti swift VXI car service to vishnu cars in Guduvanchery is still not taken the my vehicle from 20th Apr'2018 to till date.

I hope this will soon degrade your products popularity. 90% people owing maruti vehicle whom I know feel the same. I am really regreting on my decision of buying a maruti car.

The Request is that I am Vimit chauhan, I swift HR 87 A 5752 my car for the second service. TCS Maruti was given in Faridabad, they my car hit back and front, when I told them about it so they said, it is with them so fix me. But now he is refusing to fit it and the car was returned without clear and correct and when I checked the car it did not even have stepne and when I gave him his information so also about this than refused to help me. And when I go to him then he does nonsense and threatens. I complained of this twice to maruti on the phone. After delivery of car clause of car is very hard and complain issue during first service. so when I release break even slowly it comes up, due to this issue I have suffered minor tent and stretches. Again I have complain same in my second complain but they have done bidding after four day I feel like clause some what smooth.

I need compensation for due to hard clause what ever damage I have suffered.

Subject: Wrong Diagnostic of issue leading to loss of Warranty Period

This is Reg. Swift Dzire VDI Reg. No. UP 16 AU 0080 , Since last month I have been experience loss of power/Pckup within the first 10 Kms running and eventually leads to Engine stall . car doesn’t start for next 20 – 25 mins . this issue was reported to Rahul Motors ( A-59, Sector-80 , Noida ) on date 17th April 2018 when my car was under the warranty. They clean the Air Filter cleaning and intercooler Filter Cleaning, I went as per advise and got it done (invoice No. : 001/BR/18003004 , Job card no.: JC18004255)(amount 649) . I didn’t have chance to drive the car enough .Next time when I used my car the same issue was experienced. So I took my car again back to the service station on 24 April 2018 and complaint about it, they clean the Air Filter with pressure air and promised it will be fine. In addition to this I was also advised to get the care polished for which they again charged me Rs.2200/- . Net day 25 April 2018 .I again visited the service station and complained the same issue of power loss /Pikcup issue and this time they advised that the Sensor Ass. needs to be changed but after changed the sensor problem still there and since it was not available at that time and it will take 8-10 days to be delivered so I was advised to take my car back and come back later . On 12th May 2018 , Sensor was in stock and I was asked to come and get it changed , this issue also was reported before the warranty got expired and Sensor change was to be fixed under warranty and I was never told of this. All this time Warranty of my car was still inforce. Warranty got expired on 6th May 2018 (purchase date 7th May 2014). I was in touch with Rahul motors all this time and on 12th May 2018 they asked me to bring the car in for Sensor Ass. Replacement along with that they also advised me get the car serviced and change the relay for stop the car automatically. I paid for all what was suggested and Rs. 11085 was paid (Invoice No. 001/BR/18003301, Job card no.: JC18004560) . Net Day again I faced the same issue and between 17th April 2018 till 26th May 2018 , I visited the service station more than 10 times for the same issue , they kept telling me that it is either Cache problem , sensor problem , Filter cleaning . But issue was never resolved and they never open the job card for this they just clean the memory by machine off the records.

On 27th May 2018 , I visited again and they asked to leave my car till next day as they said their Senior engineer is not available . During this time they also cut a lot of sensor cables for Research in front of me and they said we are checking the current supply and next day they called me to update that I would need to get the ECM and Power lines replaced. that would cost around Rs.25000 in total which I am supposed to pay as now after waiting a lot of valuable time my car is out of Warranty .

Had my car was properly diagnosed initially I don’t have to pay this avoidable expense I would like to bring to your notice that I have been a loyal customer of Maruti. Always got my car serviced at authorized Maruti service station on time , never ignored any advice from service advisor and also got the Car warranty extended at the time of purchase. If you want pls check my all service records. I would request you to kindly consider my situation and allow me to get this issue resolved as Maruti does for cars under warranty condition at that time because I was already informed in maruti workshop when my car is under warranty and Rahul Motors cheated me on this issue.
