The new version of jio4G voice i.e. your calling app is not working. It is useless. No calls are connecting. I can't make a single call from this app. The old version is working but this version is useless, no incoming no out going. Plz solve this problem fast.

After updating My Jio App if I want to recharge then it shows we are unable to process your request. And if I want to see whether voucher or view details or anything else then also it shows the same thing i.e. we are unable to process your request.

I want to dis-connect my Jio number 7012267904 because the sim was irrecoverably lost during journey to my office. I called so many times in the customer care but no response. So kindly take sudden action in the matter as early as possible.

My net is not good as internet speed is very poor, so gift voucher data is not used.

My data network is very slow. my internet network speed as 0.56 to 56k/s. my location is up east (gagaha) Gorakhpur. I requested to me you are provided best network speed.

It's been some 20 days, not able to get even 100kbps inside my home, this is the worst 4g service ever I had.. even I'm not able to receive any SMS from other networks,. Though I complained customer care, it's not going to use in any way.. the worst network of India.. good bye.

There is no Incoming and out going with my jio Number. when somebody calls they would receive out of coverage area and after some time I am receiving message for miss call. when I am going to call the display shows call end and call will not go. I am too upset with jio Number, could you help us to solve the problem.

Sir, I went to Reliance Jio Centre, Near Sher Singh Public School, Sonipat Road, Gohana (Sonipat). There was a problem in my Jiofi, It was not showing network signal. I went there a technical officer check my Jiofi and told me it's motherboard has fault. It will change. Or you can buy a new one, it will be cheaper than repairing. So I came back that day.

Today on Wednesday, I purchased new Jiofi and I put my SIM in this then same happened. When I changed my SIM now it's working. Mean my Jiofi didn't have any problem but SIM has problem. Due to SIM problem I have to buy Jiofi. This buy was the wastage of money when my old is working. It's all happened due to the technical officer who is working in this store.
