I was forcibly loaded with Max-life Policy No.411348626 by Manager Axis Bank Dumdum, Kolkata. After making repeated request for refund of premiums for about 2 years I was compelled to lodge a complaint with Ombudsman. Today I received a call from Mr Singhania (Zonal Manager-Gurgaon) who advised me to pay 3rd premium Rs91,000/-(originally which is Rs.99000/-) he will arrange payment of Rs 409000/- within a weeks time. This will be against my actual premium of Rs.289000/-. I need a line of confirmation.

We are unable to get the any information regarding this policy from your local branch in jabalpur. Copmuter showing the remark that "transfer to external system". I have registered a complaint at your office in jabalpur and toll free no. of customer care but could'n get any response. I have max life insurance. I paid my premium regular. I have not received any progress report from companies. I received the call form max life for inform me that my policy bonus goes to my agent if I want bonus of Rs 150000 from company you have to apply for remove your agent code.and company will send your bonus to you. They told me that at the time of applications for the policy you give the no to your agent for payment of my bones give to the agent. it is call from max life company ? Is it fraud call? What should I do for this?

My name is Irfan Tamboli having policy with Max Life insurance co ltd. My policy no is 872936307. I have two accounts with Axis Bank Ltd. One is saving account and second is current account. There is auto debit facility to my account. I keep sufficient funds in my current account to debit premium but after some time I come to know that my policy was lapsed due to policy premium not paid. I check it out my current account, premium amount is not debited to current account. I inquired at max life office, why premium amount not debit to my account then I come know, auto debit instruction is activated in my saving account. I request you to collect premium from my current account and revive the policy on urgent basis.

Sir I invested max life insurance last 8 years but I don't know my super growth fund amount in which share marker or company you have invested and the market peek of level but my fund value not increase as per market.

My Policy No. is 131716086, amount Rs.21,107.60 against this policy was directly deducted from my Account. I have getting Payment Acknowledgement paper of dated 14/12/2017 from your Bokaro office. But Original Receipt is not getting till date on my mailing address.

I have got a call from your side and you told me that your premium amount was deducted directly from your account and you received Original Premium Receipt of your Policy on your mailing address within a week after your premium amount was adjusted against your premium due. One month later,still I am not received my Original Premium Receipt on my mailing address.
