My jio 4gvoice is always offline.

Myself sadananda patra. Last 6 months I am using jio sim but last 5 days jio tv not working. please solve the problem.

I got the message of winning bmw car 4 series and this site was given to claim my award.

I have recharged my jio mobile number 8218759506 with RS 399 on 11january 2018 .I have paid this Money by debit card .but your company did not give me this 399 plan and this time my out going service is blocked.plz return my money in my bank account or give me this plan 399.

I havent received the jio cash back in my jio wallet. How will i get my jii cash for shoppiing etc pls tell me.

I booked a jio phone but now i dont want it. Pls cancel my order and refund the money.

Jio4Voice always shows offline &inconnecting process.whenever it get connected i have to fix it in setting again and again so that i can call.
In a day i have to restart my phone more than 10 to 15 times to get signal in jio4voice...
Plz solve my problem soon.....

I am old jio customer but my BANGALORE KORAMANGALA 560095 jio network coverage is nil. so can't use jio services my jio mob is 8660611251 if jio services not starting till 31JANUVARY 2018 i am porting my jio mobile number in this conditions.

On 23rd January I recharged my JIO Prime Number 8074923179, with RS 399. Am mount of Rs 399/- is also deducted from my account. But to my surprise the recharge is done for another number 8074596032. Which is not my number at all. How can it happen.

We need not so many data per day. Below 500mb data Per day, with Long validity around 3month, is enough for some tiny users like us. A large scale of jio users expect so. we are some jio users, therefore, will be glad, if you bring a suitable data pack accordingly. And will be able to go on always without off.

25 january I was dropped a complaint. The complaint is ,e,g. when I'm calling other no , the other no is switch off after 5 minutes when other no is switch on.the problem is the SMS is not coming accept jio numbers.

When I wants to see jio tv it's shows error... Hope you reply what's problem.
