As per RBI guideline, interest rate will be changed 8.7 & currently 8.3 , but till my bank is charging 9.6%. today they are saying from your side not received any letter, that is the reason we cant change. In digital India , why bank not send the SMS to me like SBI. Who will take the Loss of 1 year?

I should have received a refund from amazon on 9th April inmy account but i havent received it. Amazon is saying they hae already send the money on 2nd April go and talk to your bank.

Application with all necessary documents submitted (after a lot of effort) twice through Indira Nagar branch and sent to Sonari branch twice and claims papers were intentionally delayed for more than 1 year from Ranchi regional branch. It's still pending and I'm getting no updates. I've submitted second time in December 2017 and first time in August 2016. When you put the matter in Grievance then only files move. Very poor service.

Dear sir/Madam,

My name is Pratatp adhikari have an account in CBI branch chota bazar branch code - 2080. I need education loan of amount 375000/- I asked the manager of the given branch detail, regarding my education loan on the month of March. He refused to give loan cause yearly closing but I have been already got the admission In INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ACADEMY. My seat is blocked and as per the institutional papers they called me to report on 3rd of April 2018 at IMA Chennai. I think hardly 2 days to take for the process to disperse education loan. One day the branch manager called me to meet him he will sanctioned the loan I visited there on time. After few min his behaviour totally changed and very rudely and arrogantly he said go, I have some important work apart from your education loan come after 15 days.

what should I do it’s been 1.5 month still I am not getting loan and today i.e. 10/05/2018, I visit there again and asked very calmly and he said that he will do the process on next Friday i.e.17/05/2018 but I told him that I have to report to the college on between 15/05/2018-16/05/2018 now what should I do. Sir just tell me how much time to take regarding education loan. i think within 2days the branch maneger is use to keep tobacco on his mouth then he did his work. So it’s a request to take an strict action against the branch manager of CBI chota bazar branch code-2080. Send someone to check or audit as a customer. I think he should get suspended for 1-2 month then he will realise.

Sir/madam, my name is manish kuamr gupta. On 09/07/2018 i was doing an online transaction my balance was deducted but another person didnt get bal. when contacted with your cce they told me that please visit bank and fill a complaint form. when i visited your bank (central bank of india tamkuhi raj dist- kushinagr IFSC Code CBIN0283048 ) your employee told me that please wait 3 or 4 days your balance will be refunded. After this i was wait 10 days and then again visited there then no one taking application form i was tried 4 days continuously after this one person asked for some money when i paid that amount then fill my form at 24-7-2018.

please take strict action against them other wise your banking services must be impacted by this employee name Markandey, Subhash, and allso cashier.
