Hii sir,
I am from nagpur, I have to change my sim card from postpaid to prepaid and i have visited various airtel centres and many of the centres were not responding correctly these service centres were in sadar, 10 number pulia chowk, kashmiri galli, ganeshpeth opp. Agyaram devi mandir and at last after 3hours roaming in these centres i went to chapru nagar chowk wardhaman nagar RO airtel service centre then there they helped me and i was able to convert my sim. Please i request u to take strict action again first 4 service centres as they had wasted my time alot and they were sending me to various centres. Please look after this case and try to sort out everything.

Inspite of several reminders over phone my phone has been out of order from the last six months. We appreciate your prompt service in sending the bill. Till date my phone no-03340067195 has not been rectified.

Please discontinue the service ( including sending bills) against this phone no and wave off all the bills raised when the phone was out of order and refund me the balance.

Hi, I have raise a broadband request and paid the amount online 2475 on Date 5/9/2017. As the broad band service was not feasible,i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So I have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 3 months now and still i am not getting my refund. Please refund amount as soon as!!!

I activated 149 offer on my phone under which the company is offering me 28 days 28 gb along with L+S
NOW they only offered me L+S and 300 mb i screenshot of offer. I want my balance to b refunded or to give me full offers or port my sim to jio.

Dear sir i have done recharge 0f 149.
When i check the offers the offer is such that if you recharge by rs 149 you will get airtel to airtel free for 28 days and 1GB data per day but when i did so i do not get the benefits(My mobile no. Is 9797033284). So kindly take action as soon as possible.

I have taken corporate plan Rs.499/- plan 16 hotspot devices from you on August 2017, till now we have not received the usage bill in either hard copy or soft copy.

All of a sudden, all the hotspot devices are been disconnected, the reason stated by your customer care official was nonpayment of bill. We are very much disappointed with this kind of service, we request you to send us the bill copy, so has to make the payment also connect the devices on an immediate basis.

I bought the new connection as 9622653830 in the month of September with the offer of 293 which provides free data upto 180 days(1gb/day), but i got only 84 days validity. I have a proof regarding this as a chart provided by Company which completely shows the offer of 293 with validity of 180 days. So i want my complete benefit.

Sir, yesterday i recharged for a number through my airtel but my mistake I have made small mistake in entering the last digit of the number. So could you please change the number that I recharged.

The worrest network I never seen before, No one can't responded still my complaint when I raised a SR. Even technical support is also responding on this. Airtel is doing robbery of public money, they only working only for money. Airtel says that postpaid promises bullshit.

Using Samsungg J5. Mobile number 9958693303. My office is in CGO Complex Lodhi Road New Delhi 110003 and residence is in Darya Pur Kalan Delhi 110039. Data network at both the destination is very poor. I did efforts to convince airtel through every channel of Communication ,but all in vain. Nothing improved. Very sad to say very poor 4G data service of Airtel.
