Issue in delivery
Hi, I had given 4 different orders with same delivery address. 3 Orders were delivered till yesterday. 4th and last was to be delivered today, 14/11/17. However, suddenly an SMS came that "Your package couldn't be delivered due to addl address requirement". I'm trying your Toll free N. but it's not going thru at all and getting disconnected immediately. How is it possible that 3 sets of orderes were delivered smoothly and address issue came only in the 4th Order? Pl resolve urgently. Rgds.

Refund of amount pending
This is ref to the product returned by us to you. we are trying to get the refund and are unable to get any help from the helpline, it just disconnects after following the procedure as directed. A so called multi national instead of sending the refund they have retained with themselves. now we want utilise it. we unable to speak to them to sort out the issues. on top of this they give us a deadline to utilize amount otherwise it will expire. it is our money. how can you tell us to utilise and the deadline.

Non delivery and non intemation of products booked
Thiruvalla Amazon office is very reluctant to deliver products or to intimate about the arrival of the products booked and the staff especially the lady staff are not at all cordial and at the same time rude in behavior. The book which was ordered by me even thoughhad arrived at the amozon office has been returned back without intimating me about it's arrival. On tracking it was found that the same has been returned back. On contacting the office the lady staff casually stated that the product has been returned on the direction of Amazon company. Such irresponsible staff at the thiruvalla office of Amazon should be sacked immediately or else the reputation of Amazon will be destroyed. Please do the needful.
