Thiruvalla Amazon office is very reluctant to deliver products or to intimate about the arrival of the products booked and the staff especially the lady staff are not at all cordial and at the same time rude in behavior. The book which was ordered by me even though​had arrived at the amozon office has been returned back without intimating me about it's arrival. On tracking it was found that the same has been returned back. On contacting the office the lady staff casually stated that the product has been returned on the direction of Amazon company. Such irresponsible staff at the thiruvalla office of Amazon should be sacked immediately or else the reputation of Amazon will be destroyed. Please do the needful.
