I am kannan.my jio number is 7010962278. This similar things is happened 3 to 4 times. I am very angry for this issue. Without not any uses automatically reduced my data. So kindly refund my data. Otherwise i will port number to another company.

I am writing from Rajeev kumar sharma, U.P Bulandshahar-203001. I have bought FLAME net work problem 65 days ago. From 22th august I have been facing Network Issues. My network Speed has Dropped to 100kbps and I can't contact customer care. When I try to contact it always puts me on hold for 30 minutes and I still can't contact JIO advisors. Please resolve my problem.

Dear,
Customer care is not helping me and we face to 1 month to problem in calling and browsing time and not see my personal mai. l i try to more than but your executive ask me this is 3 week problem in your area. so why a late and I join the jio and face very bad service in join customer after 3 to 4 month. so I am not happy to this service. please resolve the problem immediatly after than we join a other network.

Dear jio team,

I have recharge with my jio no of plan rs 399.which is valid for 70 days.but my outgoing call blocked by company.when talk with customer care 198 they say again you have to recharge with plan.but earlier plan i used only 14 days and company stopped my outing in all number. please resolve this problem as soon as possible either company provide full term and condition which is not mentioned there.and i used to call on only one phone number. jio is doing fraud to customer and blame to TRAI.

Recently Jio started fake data usage statistics like previously Idea cellular have done. After a few minutes usage a message should come that your free data exhausted. I can not understand how 1 GB of data exhaust without downloading videos or big files? When I am start to use internet ie whatsapp or facebook or will search something in google, after one or two hour a message will come the free usage data exhausted! This is mere cheating.

Hope if I complaint via costumer care ,they will check in their system and say... sir/madam as per our statistics we can see you have been used all data; the same problem I have experienced in Idea cellular.

Dear sirs i purshottam s rathi is having the above no my handset. to recharge my plan i deposited 399 on 15-11 17 and again rs 399 on 20-11-17 as mu plan was postpaid but after paying the amount at jio centre at ichalkaranji 416115 they said that sim card has to be changed and for that abhishek thumb impression is necessary abhishek rathi is working in dubai and not likely to come for two mths . how do i activate my sim no i have allready lodged my complaint at ichalkaranji jio centre to sagar surve jio no 7758090150.

I have recharge my jio no 832954852, today around 8.15 pm dated 21/11/2017. I had entered my jio no 8329548524 and select plan 459 and then procceed by debit card proccess. but jio company wrongly deducted my money 2295 ruppees. It is totaly wrong because I had enter carefully one mobile no. and one plan amt 459 rupees. but they told me by customer care officer that it is my fault that i have not be careful.

But company officer dont any help me for refunding my money. I have tell jio company that they are cheated customer deducting money such as. So I request jio company please refund my money 1836 rupees. If my money is not refunded then I will go to police consumer forum also. So again request refunding my harden money.

I am Jio sim call was not connected, I am getting great insulting from your company. Your people was blocked my all the out going call this not good.

Please check my jio TV and jio cinema that why again and again it is asking the username and password when putting the password it is saying that it is incorrect and when creating a new password then also saying incorrect what to do not know I have discussed with the support agent then he said to write the email to you, and I want the reply soon.
