Our 15 tickets booked for 03 November 2016 from Delhi to Chennai vide PNR No. WYYR3T but till date we have not received tickets by name. And our return journey is on 08 November 2016 from Chennai to Delhi and we have not yet received by name tickets. Pl expedite. Contact No.09968-265468 and 09999491628. Regards

I have booked my flight on 24th january 2017 and my name on it was mentioned on it as mahesh naidu but in id proof it is there as mahesh c. So i have cancelled my booking but refund amount i have got only 250 rupees of 2660. I have cancelled within few minutes so i need the full refund amount. My pnr no is OB239Q. Today ,I traveled from Guwahati to kolkata through spice jet PNR No.-QY1QPW ,Flight No.-SG 658 ,Date-14/04/2017, with my wife and daughter. According to your check in, we reached airport before 1hr.15mins. As we travelled for the first time through spice jet, we followed the instructions of a person employed in ur company. He told us to move to the luggage counter, as we roamed in the airport and we got our time waste and the counter got closed. When we reached the counter for tickets, they charged us 3000/- more for travelling by upgrading our seat in economy class. My complain is that we were on time, our time got waste due the employee there (who didn't instructed properly). Kindly consider me and check if u could help us.

I had booked 3 tickets from Delhi to Dehradun for 02 May 17 which I cancelled on 27 Apr 2017. PNR -- ICJHPN. However even after 6 days, the refund has not been credited back. Request please do the same at the earliest and confirm. Thanks. Sandeep Pande.

I had an excellent experience in spicejet...Today 16.05.17 I was waiting in Delhi,boarding 2 Madurai in SG 103 the flight was delayed for nearly 2hrs from scheduled time...in flight the crew was excellent. They took care of me and my mom very well. Wish 2 have another ride in spice jet...tnk u guys.

I was allocated seat 1B via Internet booking. I had to do this as I need extra legroom because I am disabled in my right leg and also suffer from chronic pain. Thus, the seat 1B. Flight No. SG2367 from jaipur to Delhi. On boarding the bombardier, I was informed that I can't sit on 1B because of emergency exit problems. So the flight attendant could find 2 empty seats together to accommodate me, which was really good of her.

But as I wait at Delhi airport time catch my connecting flight to Dehradun (SG2327) I anticipate the same problem. Can't this be resolved when the passenger books for a premium seat in advance?

Please do solve this issue.

I booked a ticket from delhI to Hyderabad on 28 may 2017 for 10 jun 2017 VIDE PNR No. KD349K, during reservation transaction failed VIDE transaction No. 28-May-2017 (28-May-2017) to transfer INB SpiceJet Ltd. SPICEJET Payments ISBI5393140801IGABJKWDY6 for Rs. 9,770.00 and i again did the payment on 28-May-2017 (28-May-2017) by debit card VIDE OTHPG 714802133143 Spicejet Limited Mumbai 9,770.00. Second transaction was successful & i got the PNR KD349K but the amount was debited from my account both the times. Please do the needful, eagerly waiting for your reply.

Your staff told me that preponement it will cost Rs.9255 for 4 persons. When we inform you about almost one and half month earlier also. it is too bad to collect such a huge amount. My PNR No. H 92VRJ. Please consider my request and reduce it to Rs.2250/- for persons. Reply at the earliest. Another e-mail request sent for clarification on 19-5 and 27-5 had not been answered by you. Atleast acknowledge the receipt of this e-mail.

I have got a mail from career @spicejet.org & then i deposit 9,950 rupees pay for interview as they told me it's an refundable amount. So i paid money & i was not aware of this fake mail, so i paid money through the bank. After i paid money i call the head branch of the spicejet & they told me it is fake & now i do not understand, what do i do now? What was my fault i have got that mail, that's why i pay money, please help me.

Hi all, kindly dont travel by spicemax seat's, it's not that what they say. I had booked it but haven't get any such seats, and also it's waste of money, if u really want luxury they travel by qatar, ethihad, emitrates etc but not spice jet.

1. I had the occasion to travel by SG107 from Delhi to Chennai on 15 Nov 2017 on seat nos 1E & 1F and by SG108 from Chennai to Delhi on 17 Nov 2017 on seat nos 1E & 1F. The above numbered seats were converted from routine booking to "SpiceMax" at the behest of a call from your Call centre executive.

2. I was given to understand by him that, in addition to other benefits, we would be provided "meals of our choice"out of the "meals of the day"during the flight. We requested Non-veg meal "Ëuropean Exotica" during the outward flight but were told that only Veg meals were available. The same was the reply during the return flight when the Non-veg meal "Chick-Entree"was demanded. We were told that Non-veg meals were provided only to individual firm demands & not to SpiceMax customers. The crew during return journey was asked for a feedback form which was denied but this e-mail id was intimated.

3. It is requested that your Call centre executives should not make misleading promises to lure customers to pay up for non-existent facilities.

4. I am a retired Brigadier and a Doctor who has traveled extensively by air over past 35 years and found this attitude on part of your airlines very disparaging

I have a complaint regarding the airhostess of SpiceJet airline. I was travelling from Dubai to Delhi on 29th December 2017 at 23:10pm (according to Dubai timing) flight no. SG 012. We were having 5 seats. When I was Going to keep my hand luggage in the cabin, there was no space to keep the bags there. When I called the air hostess she said that keep your bags in the leg area and they always make announcement that don't keep your bags in the leg area because they can hurt someone. But then I had to adjust in the cabin. When I was having 5 seats then the passengers should keep their bags in their cabin not in the others cabin. Your air hostess yogi and Mansi are not capable of doing this duty so please remove them.

I traveled today in the morning from Mumbai to Varanasi. My pre-booked meal was not served. The crew had run out of all non-veg options. I was given the option of choosing from whatever was left. What is the use of pre-booking if you a negligent crew, who do not take the care of such things. The passengers had also started opening the overhead bins even when the aircraft was moving to the parking bay and the crew did not stop them. I have never seen such a thing... poor show!

1.On 12th of January 2018 I gone to kolkata by your flight no.SG 878.It was delayed for 1 hour. But i was not informed .Otherwise I could get my refreshment at my home. Even there was no such arrangement by Spicejet for refreshment due to such delay. My PNR no. was A9433G.

2. on 14th of January 2018 today I gathered very bad experience while travelling with spicejet again. Flight no. SG876 was delayed for more than 3 years. Yes, this time I was properly informed by your customer care in the morning at 4.45am. But due to such a long delay there was no any arrangement for refreshment. Even there was no any announcement. where as at the same time there was an announcement for the customers/passengers of GOAIR.

I enjoyed my refreshment at my by paying for that at counter of Travel Food Services kolkata pvt. ltd. at the CCU airport . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I HAVE GATHERED AGAINST SPICE JET. MY PNR NO. is A53Y4S.

I am the United 1K who complained about the gate attendants' incompetence and/or lack of training that led to a number of passengers getting pissed off at them at Pune airport on Dec 8, 2017. The flight was PNQ-COK departing PNQ at around 11:30 am. I had the need to go to Cochin again and I was booked on the same flight (PNQ-COK) on June 28, 2018. One of the gate attendants was the same as Dec. 2017. This time, the boarding process was much better, and the passengers were told when to board, with no conflicting information, no angry people, etc. Something was probably done and it is working.
