I have requested to change my AIRCEL mobile number to AIRTEL, for which i have paid a postpaid amount of 300rs before getting connection. Later my MNP got declined and i chose to stay with AIRCEL. so i request the AIRTEL company to refund my 300rs. Please kindly take steps to refund my 300rs. Do it as early as possible. I have recharge 448 combo pock but i dont have a good speed like 3g its something 2g... why? solve this problem now.

I have been using airtel connection for a year and suddenly my 500 GB plan was changed without my knowledge to a 80 GB plan for which i had to close down my internet shop for which i suffered a loss of 80 thousand rupees. How is this justified? i am also using an ACT connection but never have i faced a problem in such a manner. Its like asking for a biryani and getting an egg. now why do i have to pay for this insult and inconvenience the company has caused me? I want justice just as the company needs me to pay.

They have advertised 2G/3G/4G: 50p/MB but provided 2G: 8p/10kb & 3G: 3p/10kb. I have taken new SIM last month only. They may change their words saying they have changed because all charges are subject to change anytime. If so they could have intimated their changes before a customer buys the SIM. I have called their customer support also. He just disconnected saying those are the original base charges. THIS IS JUST A FRAUD NOW.

I am using AIRTEL (9910102302) postpaid service more than 7 months. Now I have stopped my postpaid service because of excess billing. Airtel charged Rs. 300 plus Tax Extra for late payment.
Break up is below:-

(1)Billing period 2 Aug to 1 Sep 2017 =Late payment 100/- plus tax
(2) Billing period 2 oct to 1 nov 2017 =Late payment 200 Plus tax.

I was out of station because of that i was unable to pay the amount.

Also I have not received any call on my alternate number (9971650652).
Which I have shared with you on document.

Kindly Wave off the late payment so that I can pay the money and can connect with AIRTEL Brand for Future.

I had requested for additional 25 Gb data for Rs 200. It was activated immediately but within a moment it was deactivated for the reason best known to you on 23.10 2017.I again asked for the same and I saw informed at0956 that data for rs200 will be activated in three days.But in the bill,it appears,Rs 400 have been added. Kindly correct the bill to enable me to pay the correct amount. Landline no - 01724061875.

Based on your advertisement and others 20 days back I have shifted from AirCel to Airtel and adopted 89 days plan with internet. But from the very day I could neither call anyone or receive any phone calls, message etc., no net facilities are available. Now, it seems that there is no tower coverage at Neravy, Karaikal. Your representative here is properly responding and I am put at deep trouble. It would be better, if there is any technical problem, I may once again permitted to shift to Air cell. Your kiosk not informing while the initial change over amounts to unfair trade practice. Please rectify. 9750263571.

Someone reissue my prepaid sim without my proof and concern. this is pathetic security checks of Airtel and I have visited Airtel store and ur so called executive unable to provide information who will issue my sim see ur Airtel service.

Unable to Understand without My presence how some one issue my sim. I think this is a big leak of security. Can any body take action on it provide me detail how it will happened!!

I am an existing user of airtel, the number was in postpaid and then converted to prepaid, while converting it into prepaid I've made the payment of Rs. 2000 and my bill value was Rs. 1423.20, the balance amount of Rs. 576.80 is not yet received. I would like you guys to look into this matter and transfer the balance amount as soon as possible.

Hi,

I want to complaint about my Nov bill for mobile no 9582999889. The charges is 687.07 which is not correct. When i checked my bill details, my monthly rentals is showing as 482.90. My rental plan have always been 399 since the past 5 to 6 months. I also have a late fee of 100. Please waive this as i have paid my bill on time (23-10-2017) through airtel app for 477 and transaction id 981203. I have raised a requested for the same last month that the payment was not credited to my mobile on time. So this is not me making a late payment. Request you to evaluate my bill for this month. Appreciate if you could look into this.

Even after providing my email address company is not providing me the receipt of the payment made towards postpaid bill. Please provide me the current bill payment receipt. Make it a habit to provide it there after once the bill is paid. Provide function in application for generating receipt.

I am using airtel prepaid number. I traveled to Doha Qatar on visit on 29 october 2017. while I was boarding to Qatar i had an account balance of more than Rs.300. After reaching Qatar due to accepting an call my balance have been deducted towards International roaming rental of Rs 99 activated on 30 oct 2017 and Rs.30 for call charges. Then my balance reached to Rs.169 and after 1 day I was not able to call to India and when I checked my balance on phone it showed Rs.18.54. I dont understand why my balance has been depleted so much that to without any message or intimation. while I am checking my last deductions it was showing that there are no deductions. I want to know the reason of deduction so help me.

My numbers are 9323916838, 8291549377, 7498225129.

I converted those numbers from reliance gsm to airtel under mnp system. The agent who came to my place to get the number converted cheated us. He said that the reliance gsm prepaid can only be converted to airtel postpaid also he insisted that the same postpaid number can be converted to prepaid within 15 days of activation. However on coming to know that the reliance gsm prepaid card could have been converted to airtel prepaid card without having been converted into postpaid. I did not activate my card. I called customer care this morning and the representative informed me that the card can be converted to prepaid through airtel store by submitting some documents and without paying any money as the outstanding balance shown on system is zero rupees.

Having visited the store 4 times two different stores twice each , the store representative informed me that the same can be done after 3 months. however when I again called customer care I was informed that same can be done . The store representative and customer care representative spoke through my phone and concluded that the same cannot be done due to system error.

Now please guide me. I was harassed by the airtel representative. I want to get it converted to prepaid otherwise deactivate my numbers. I had a very bad experience with airtel. I would not recommend anyone to use this service as you all cheat others with your meaningless rules and mismanagement. And please let the representative which attend customers have some knowledge about what they are going to speak. I experienced that the outlet representative was informing the representative on phone how to go about This is not done. I will be less upset if you guide me correctly otherwise let my number get deactivated

I have not been using the service of my number 9320086198 since last 3 months, inspite of that I am being charged for service unprovided by you, whic is against the norms laid down by TRAI. I request you to deactivate/cancel the service of my number 9320086198 with immediate effect, and stop raising any further charges towards me, I will not be liable to make payment of any further charges. In your Wynk app for airtel user subscription is free. I am using airtel sim i downloaded wynk app but i am not getting any free offer by wynk for airtel users. my sister have airtel sim she is using wynk subscription free. so what the matter in my sim, contact me 9555190698.

I entered into 299 plan 8 days before and now they are charging 399 for the same features. 9004722620 this my number and I contacted airtel gallery and they asked me to lodge a complaint in this website. so kindly take the necessary action and restore my plan back to 299.

While giving connections airtel representative committed for better service 24/7, after repeat complaints no one have solved or came to resolve network issues, even the bills are not provided , if u can not provide the services please disconnect our connections , anyway it does not work.

We where relying on airtel for better services so we can have dedicated lease line for our enterprise.
