This is my 2nd request with no resolution yet. I paid my mobile bill on 23rd Oct'17 for RS 477 through my airtel app. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. Please credit this payment towards my airtel mobile number 9582999889. Appreciate if you would look into this at the earliest.

Dear sir/madam,
I am using Airtel since 5 years. But now I am confusing in which one network is 4G & which one is 2G in District place also.. daily after 7:00pm to 12:00pm I am feeling like Airtel is one of worst network ever I saw. Not satisfied with network.

Worst network, I think Airtel is hitting to customers by fake advertisement.

I am trying to port into airtel postpaid from idea and first time I submitted my documents to airtel gallery on date 30 Sept which was 1 month before. After that I was told that my documents rejected due some verification reason so I submitted another documents after 1 week and this is still in the process. I also got call from airtel customer service who asked me to submit another documents to him so I have submitted all documents like AADHAR card, PAN card, Government Employee ID for 4 times but my airtel connection is still not activated.

I took details of this person who asked me for documents which are as follows
Name - Dnyaneshwar Pawar Contact no. 7410020100 Manasvi communication id -17848

Now from idea they cut my connection on date 27th Oct. So since last 4 days I don't have any active phone service. I visited airtel gallery for 7 times related to this issue but it is not resolved upto now. So now it seems like I made very bad decision to port into airtel. Now please help me to activate my number or tell me the process to get my connection back into Idea.

Hello Airtel team my area there is one kilometer far there is one tower but it doesn't works. I activated my Airtel 3G number (9678034720) to 4G but it's the same as 3G.

There is no broadband connection and landline isnt working since 3 days. I have been contacting the technician since 3 days, but no action is being taken. They are just postponing. This is unacceptable. Despite of so many cqlls for service, the problem isnt solved. Thinking to disconnect airtel forever.

I got a call from 9246010602 (not sure about this number, but I think it is), maybe it was from some franchise, and she said to convert my prepaid Tata Docomo network to airtel postpaid connection, because Tata Docomo is going to be closed or merged with airtel company i.e. on November 1, 2017. She told me that it was given in newspapers and television about the closure. I believed her, but I have specifically and clearly told her that I am not interested in postpaid service. She said that it is mandatory for me to go for postpaid plan and only after 3 months I have the option to change it to prepaid connection. I said okay and she sent the personnel. I told that personnel which she sent, his name is Rauf and his mobile number is "9121754966" that I want to take prepaid connection only.

He gave me the sim card and told me that it is for a prepaid sim and for every 3 months I am supposed to pay 500 rupees. So, I gave him 500 rupees. That personnel took my AADHAR details and he told me to apply for portability, which I did and gave him the port number, after that he left. After sometime, I felt something was wrong so I went to Tata Docomo office in Himayatnagar, Hyderabad, and inquired about that. To my surprise they told me Tata Docomo is not going to close and they told me they cannot help me about this. I went to Airtel franchise at Chikkadpally, Hyderabad to know whether the sim was for prepaid or postpaid connection. To my shock again they told me it was a postpaid connection.

When I am trying to call that lady, it is always switched off. Also I called Rauf and he said that he will return back my money the next day afternoon i.e. on November 2, 2017 and he is not answering my call. By wrong means they are cheating people. So can you please help me in this regard.

We have no any 3g or 4g service here in varandh village. other company's provide 3g,4g here please do something. Otherwise we have to take a decision for other company service.

I am using AIRTEL (9910102302) postpaid service more than 7 months. Now I have stopped my postpaid service because of excess billing. Airtel charged Rs. 300 plus Tax Extra for late payment.
Break up is below:-

(1)Billing period 2 Aug to 1 Sep 2017 =Late payment 100/- plus tax
(2) Billing period 2 oct to 1 nov 2017 =Late payment 200 Plus tax.

I was out of station because of that i was unable to pay the amount. Also I have not received any call on my alternate number (9971650652). Which I have shared with you on document.

Kindly waive off the late payment, so that I can pay the money and can connect with AIRTEL brand for Future.
