I am kiran shetty, i just customer care 5 times but no use, their is an agent whose name is joseph i think so you can check the call record my calling no. is 7977456215. He didnt know how to speak with customer i told him transfer the call 2 supervisor and his statement was jab tak mujhe ny batayega kya issue h me transfer nai krunga and i told him already what the issue is but he refused and he kept my call on mute without informing me. please listen the call record and terminate that guy, and i need a proof that you had taken an action on that guy. i need a mail on my email id as well as call also what action you had taken because its an integrity issue.

Please cooperate my jio tv is not working.I am having jio account as well as network.

When i buy this sim the network was very nice and much better where ever. but after march 2017 the network was too slow and i was satisfied. so please improve the network as soon as possible.

It is strange that in my new jio phone F90M has already have contact no of unknown peoples because if it is new handset than there shouldn't any contact no. Other thing sim working but no outgoing call working nor incoming call. Please resolve this problem.

I don't have jio sim,actually my big brother has jio sim so when i want to see any show on jio tv in my device then it's not happening. Is this necessary to have jio network to watch show or there is any another way?

My data is lapsing without any usage within recharge of 1 hour.
