I have not use your connection about 20 to 25 days for disconnection of cable on road. I will complaint several times of your line man Mr. Deepak will come and misbehave me and my parents. The bill on that period was issue. when I will not use the connection why I paid to this period amount. Please send me corrected bill so I will paid.

I am Rambabu dusad my mobile number is 9799296603. In my mobile bill, data charges were received but i don't use mobile data. So plz waiver in data charges because bt i don't use mobile data and i am airtel Custer since six year. Every month bill received and timely deposited by us. i hope mobile data charges waiver by airtel.

Recently hearing from friends that air tel 3G data card gives good speed. I changed from Reliance to Airtel by getting 3G data card number 7042594789. The speed is so slow that even my gmail does not loads and opening a web page either takes 3-4 minutes to open or fails to open. I made four calls to customer care by dialing 121 in last 3 days I was given complaint number "3112066". Till date no correction done- its really painful to switch from bad speed to worst speed. Some one can take not and do correction as required??

My Airtel broadband connection no 0452 4394701 is not working for the past 3 days. I have complained already to customer support but nothing has happened as yet.

I am Aswant sodha from jaisalmer , rajasthan... I am facing lot of trouble with very weak network due to this internet is also very very slow and voice clarity is very bad during call. please fix the problem immediately else I would have to switch to some other network.

My isd pack is not activated in 10 days I am calling in again n again in airtel customer care but customer care not responsible. my request plz activate my isd pack, its my humble request. airtel service is very very very cheap n dirty. i quit my airtel broadband plan my airtel broadband landline number is: 011-4752-8646. plz activate isd pack plan.

My Prepaid Mobile No: 9945562730, MyAirtel App I have made payment for Data pack 1 GB Txn ID 172444 Amount Rs:186 Dated 06/07/2015 & on 07/07/2015 also made payment for Data Pack 1 GB Txn ID 409562 amount Rs:186, both time received the message due to some technical reason, if amount is deducted from your account will be refunded to your bank account with in 72 hours. But till date not received so please look into the matter at the earliest.

Called many times to your 3G postpaid dongle customer care section but all in vain. All the complaints fell on deaf ears.The 3G speed that I am getting is 2-3 kbps.I even contacted your airtel customer care stores for resolving the speed issue but they directed me towards you. Please help me, I am your postpaid 3G broadband customer(for desktop). My airtel connection number is 7042261888 and have paid 6 months advanced rentals in Mar.2015 for 2GB data pm. I am manager at a roofing industry running at "riico industrial area, gegal". residence at Azad Nagar, Madanganj-Kishangarh,Dist. Ajmer (Rajasthan). i also compliant to customer care about 6-7 times but they dint response me. i have taken more than 4 Airtel connections for my family & internet 3 G service
connectivity is so poor and irregular. this is causing problem in my day to day activities. your company has a good goodwill therefore such a poor networking issue from last 4 months. and from this puts your company image in doubt. kindly resolve this problem at the earliest otherwise i will have to discontinue your service.

my no. is postpaid 9600153335 and I'm saikumar.s, using currently 2GB of 3G service wit airtel. If my Internet is completed, my plan automatically shift to unlimited 2G plan for rest of my bill cycle completion. But today I got information from airtel customer care ppl that there s no more such offers and I need to shift to some new MBC plan if I want to extend my 3G usage as told by them, which I'm completely unsatisfied!!!

i am not able to send any sms from my phone, I do not have any clue how to get help regarding this. Plz give any valuable suggestion as soos as possible.

Your tower is low & slow, initially (3 years back) it was working very fast. But now it is not working promptly. we wants 21 dp gain for gprs working. But tower is giving only 3 or 4 dp. So unable to process my lot of working. Immediatly rectify the problem.

I have taken a postpaid mobile number 9971558989 1st January 2015 and this sim has been disconnected on feb or march [i doesn't know the exact date]. i done my full payment 748 on that time, now this time also i m getting airtel bill every month and this bill shows done a payment 546 on this month. today i talk mr. anubadh from airtel and complaint again to disconnect the sim. i want to inform you that i could not pay this amount.

I am able to use internet My wifi on my iPad but unable to access it on my phone. I have also not received my statement for the current month and dont know how to pay as it's the first month of my Airtel connection. Please see to it and do the needful Asap...else will have to look for other vendors...please contact me on 7680932951.

HI I am an airtel user and i am using a broadband connection for about 4-5 years never faced any problem regarding anything... paid the bills on time usually before the due date but this time i've issues in my bill amount . i've paid all the previous bills but still the bill that i received this month has previous balance added in it...and it exceeds the usual amount which according to me is inappropriate. i've checked the bills on airtel's site and it also states that i've no dues left . hence i request you kindly look into the matter...ASAP...or else i'll be left with no other option than to disconnect the connection.

I was using the connection for more than 10 years. I have closed the above connection recently since the speed was not adequate. The outstanding amount has also already been paid. Please inform the balance in my deposit account and arrange to refund the same at the earliest.

sim num:9952072660. i deactivatewd this number on 17th july and transfered this number to M.pooja and activated the same number on 19th july. i recived a bill of 1800 which is a technical fault from your side. please do the needfull in regenerateing the bill.and sending the same to our residence address also.

i wrongly activated a pack for rupees 41 on 3rd august 2015. i called the consumer care and they informed me to deactivate the pack and they will refund my amount in 24hrs.... till now i didnt get my balance.. atleast they should have not given me wrong information to deactive my pack.. THIS IS REALLY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I am Sudhakar, from visakhapatnam. My mobile no is 9949750716. I am in 199 cug postpaid plan . This month my bill has gone upto while my regular bill would not cross Rs 300/-

I am charged for extra data usage without any kind of intimation,i am suprised to see the bill amount 1236 rs , so i am not going to pay the bill unless my bill is reduced otherwise disconnect my number from postpaid connection, i am using this network last 7 years .

Hoping for a better customer service.

My above tel. is dead for last 3 days. You are not noting my complaint saying that it is a cable cut. Why you are not giving me complaint no. if the fault is from your side. Without this how I will come to know that it will be rectified or how can I contact you without having any complaint no.. Same thing has happened for about 10 times in last 2 months. On 10/08/2015 my complaint was registered but on 11/08/15 at 10.38 AM I got a massage that it has been resolved, but in fact my tel. is still dead. On inquiry from 198 I came to know that it was a cable cut and no complaint should have been registered and hence the message of resolved have been sent, without resolution. IS IT NOT VERY FUNNY. Please let me know 1. When my Tel. line will be rectified. 2. Why complaint are not being registered. 3. How much waiver you are going to give for telephone remained dead in last 2 months. please resolve my problems.
