I have jio sim no 8279510320 which was charged for jio prime scheme and was getting expired on 15 Aug 17. So I got it charged for rp 399 on 14 Aug but balanced showed zero .again on 15 Aug again got it charged for rp 399 but same balance zero .both transactions done by Paytm and jio acknowledged both transactions. right now I spoke for refunding d amount to 199. they have directed me to lodge a complaint here. kindly do the needful. refund me one transactions money.

This is my worst experience of internet. Last month also i complained that i am getting slow internet connection but that is not at all worked. So plz clear this issue as soon as possible.

My data is used up only while using facebook and whatsapp within 3 days, this didnt happened before. Where is my data?

My jio sim no 8610174084 was recharged for rs399 on 7th August and got a message (Recharge of Rs. 399 is successful for your Jio number 8610174084.

Before 20 days I got that new 4g jio SIM and after 4 to 5 days my jio 4g speed is get down.... And then I complained to jio customer care and than she told me give me a 50 days and after 3 months my recharge will go to expire.

Your retailers are not returning the change on various schemes i.e. Cost of SIM is What? They are charging Rs.100.00, another example is Your Scheme is for Rs.399.00 but no one never refunds one rupee? Have You made this scheme for their financial benefit? Have You ever calculated How much your consumers are losing per day. Better you make all your schemes on round figure. Otherwise in the long run you will face the customer's anguish or will loose them. Please take the appropriate action. With all the Best.

I'm srinivas and my village is Lakkavaram, Malikipuram mandal, East Godavari district, Andhra pradhesh, pin 533254. there is no signal in our area... outdoor n indoor, no proper Internet signal. I have been complaining for so many months but vain. my neighbor village Malikipuram and Sankaraguptham and Irusumanda. recently in Irusumanda launched receiver, there is full signal but we are 1 kml away but we don't have proper signals. we r facing call drop and clear voice and bad network problems. so please verify my details n try to solve. i am using my Jio num since it launched and also bought Jio Sims for my family members but because of this bad network now we vested of this. we hope it will be solved.

I recharged for Rs 99+399=498. The amount was deducted from my wallet but the offer was not activated. I complained to Jio customer care and the complaint no is - SR00000C47N4.

I am writing from Surashamal, ta-nadiad, di-kheda. jio network not in my village, I have been facing network Issues. My network Speed has dropped to 100kbps and I can't contact customer care. When I try to contact it always puts me on hold for 30 minutes and I still can't contact JIO advisors. Please resolve my problem.
