1.- 18th jul the order reach to Pune but you didn't deliver ..why....?
2.- 19th you didn't deliver ..why ....?
3.- The product was there in Pune but you didn't deliver on the promise time also 20th jul ....why....? this order has been delivered 21st july. this is a way your service, fulling people,i wants right product or else refund back my money.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Intex Aqua Star 4G mobile by order No 1929027292880300
Invoice no - FOIZVMH18- 00000045. The mobile was received in damage conditions. We have submitted our request immediately after received the mobile. Also we have called on CC No and they said your order is in process and after they have given fake address of service centre. Again we have launched complaint but that tune we have not seen our previous complaint. After that they said you can go to any authorised service centre they will help you out. But when I visited that shop they refuse to do in free and they charged me Rs 850/- for repairing key pad and till today we have not received mobile.

For your information we are going to launche complaint in Consumer Court if we have not received any reply or amount we have paid through credit card.

Then I was give request to refund but still courier boy not pick this item he has says that this is a different product i am picked. then I had called to Flipkart help Center Help Center madam told me that I have take your request to pickup your product and mentioned to proper that kindly pickup the product same. please help sir

Dear Sir/Ma'am

It is here by informed that ORDER ID OD109737856955678000 is defective, unable to receive calls, as confirmed by Motorola autorised Service center, Nagpur. This order was received on 23rd June 2017. Please refer attachment, Return request was raised before 10 days. Customer care exceuctive suggested to make changes in configuration such as factory reset and Updating software. Customer care executive then closed the return request without any permission from customer. As, Problem was not solved. Return request was raised again. This time Customer care executive said that technician will visit to check device.

Mr. Rajat Srivastava/Shukla (Not sure of last name) visited on 4th Aug 2017. Mr Rajat made some changes in phone's configuration and said that phone will be free of defect. My father, who was attending him, requested Mr. Rajat to wait for more 10 minutes so that we would be able to test the defect. But, Mr. Rajat said that he is hurry and left without testing the defect. Customer care executive was contacted same day. Customer care executive suggested that he is helpless as 10 days of replacement is over. The device is still defective. Flipkart has again cancelled the return without customer's permission . Please suggest a way forward.

Yesterday night booked and confirmed the order by Flipkart. Next day morning order cancelled by Flipkart without intimating any reason. Booked the order through Credit Card and refund information says after after eight days only get the refund. when we called customer cared number they are saying call after two/three hours.

Tell me how to get the refund at least.

I did not get the bag I had ordered. I ordered a "Cathy London Hand-held Bag" but I received an Orange color Old, Used, Damage and non branded Bag, I have tried five times to return it with the help of Customer Care, they told me that this will returned as soon as possible but still this product in not returned, when I call on customer care they told me that your perceive request are not match with your new request. But I have just registered two times on my behalf and I only told them that I got a wrong product, and the rest of the request I have done with the help of customer care. But what is my fault if customer care has incorrectly requested Every time I was told that my product would be renewed, nothing like that happened. My request is that please tell me what to do, talking to customer care I have not found any solution. It's my humble request to you please refund my amount and solve this case as soon as possible.
