I m hasan (my jio mobile no. 8826863765) from dda janta flat, gtb enclave, delhi,-110091 I faced lots of network and internet speed problems last 6 to 8 months and here approx 1200 to 1500 users is faced same problems last 1 years so pl sovle my same network and net speed problem as soon as possible.

My JIO No. is 7978773370. I have already recharged Rs. 303 in the month of March-2017 , when free offer was still extended up to 31/07/2017 by JIO. Also Rs. 99/- paid towards prime membership. Also as on now people are enjoying free JIO service. But my out going service has been debarred w.e.f. 21/07/2017. My already Paid Rs. 303 must be considered once free service is stopped and against that Rs. 303/- I should be provided paid service once the free offer is over. but I dont understand why my outgoing service debarred.

My Jio no is7907715859. First of all I activated a plan of 149. Then I recharged 449 and 399. but I can't get the network speed properly. I called customer care then they replay when149 plan was expired then I will get the network properly otherwise I boost my planas your tariff amount. I am already paid around 900rupees. What a reason for obtaining my network properly. If it not get please refund my amount.

I have a bad connection problem of jio4g voice it is disconnecting in less than a minute while Im talking & data is not continuous, so I cannot play online games. so please rectify this problem.

My no. 9664621998 has been recharged twice and while talking in customer care they told me I will get benefit of 84 days on my first recharge and 28 days on my 2nd recharge. Till date i was not informed by anyone of your agents that it is one time benefit. I will have loss of 2 months of my recharge. Please do the needful and bring a good solution to this problem so that your customers are happy and satisfied to use your service in future also.

I recharged my Jio number from other my Jio account and my two recharges (99+303)got failed. I have been contacting customer care for several times and no favourable response was provided.

My 149 plan activate on 18/07/2017 and upto 16/08/2017 but it deactivate on 25/07/2017 start my 303 plan on 25/07/2017 why please start my 149 plan again.

Jio is not giving full 1 gb data its close the 4g net after 500mb and says u had use 1gb it send fake sms and restricted the data.
