I placed a order in Flipkart card this time my area is serviceable but now this time said my area is not serviceable. What is this joking?? My order is undelivered. Very bad experience to talk with ur executive and bad experience to order in Flipkart. Please do needful.

Flipkart,

I bought a mob MOTO G5 PLUS (order id-OD109241609117821000).

The mob has a issue of picture quality degradation and zooming issue (we cant zoom it properly). so i complain for return the mob at the very next day of delivery. But your customer care person told they cant return it they can only replace it because that is your policy. (and you can replace it after your service person visit who will see the problem is genuine or not and also he might fix it).

Then i daily follow up with your customer care when your service person gonna come and when i will get my replacement mob. after that your customer care person told your service engineer will come before 5th June and your replacement delivery date is 7th June.

Then finally your service person came on 5th June (for him i didn't go to my work only to attain your service person). He saw the problem and he told yes there is a problem in picture quality and zooming. he tried to fix but he couldn't fix that and finally he told there is a problem in the mob and make a report also for the same and he went.

then after he went i again follow up with your customer care person to ask now your service engineer visit has done and when i will get my replacement mob, then your customer care person told that as we earlier told on or before 7th June .

when today also i called when i will get my mob (because only to receive the mob today also i didn't go to my work) then your customer care person told we cant deliver the mobile today we will deliver it on or before 9th June.

Its really frustrating now you are not committing your delivery date. so now i do not want a replacement i want my money back. And you can take back your 1st deliver poor quality bad Moto G5 Plus product when ever you want (Sunday would be better).

I have complained it with consumer forum (complain no-298547).
Now i want my money back. Hope you will understand my concerns.

I had ordered a laptop sleeve and expected delivery date was 6th -8th june from Ekart today i was about to get the delivery but said that he didnt got cash amount which was already paid through PHONE PAY. I also connected to your call center but they said to contact PHONE PAY. Later i got my amount refunded from them. If you are in calibration with them as i was validated to get a cashback for 150 as well. But now i didnt got the delivery or any help from your call center. I spoke to supervisor as well, his name is Aqib. He simply denied to help me and redirect to PHONE PAY. If you are giving this kind of pathetic service then i think i should opt for other e commerce site.

I have bought a redmi note 4 from flipkart and it has come in udaipur hub. But without informing me the item has been canceled when i called the customer care they misbehave with me and said me not order in flipkart in future. my question is that who is she to say me to not order in flipkart i am paying for my item and she is not able to give exact information and reason. only saying what i know and everybody can know by loging in their account. the flipcart should take action against this type of customer care who only sit in front of computer and say the customer "we cant do anything from here"

I have ordered LETV ECO mobile on flipkart account on date 18-12-2016. after 5 months, data cable which is received with my mobile is not working properly and i have warranty of 6 month. I want to change data cable. kindly provide new data cable. my order ID - OD607893112620914000. also provide LETV customer center nearest my home.

On June 8 I recieved a message from the usual airtel advertising number offering 1GB/day for 28 days and unlimited calls for 195 Rs. But when we recharged only 2GB for 28 days and airtel to airtel unlim is available. We cant even cintact customer care.

I am least interested what your concern team did till now. As I already mentioned previously about my Apple product which was missing. So after waiting such long time one of your executive informed me that replacement is approved but because your seller is not that capable to send me the replacement so I can only get refund. So on that behalf your executive cancelled my replacement request and they told me to wait for 24 hour so that your team can call me for the refund procedure. Then I haven't received any call so I made request from I end. Now you guys are telling me that I won't be able to get refund as your concern team investigated? Don't make me fool I have your parcel till now. No box, accessories,product was missing and you are saying your team investigated? I want my replacement. You guys cancelled my replacement request after accepting that you made some fault. Again contact me with resolution. Sorry isn't helping me out. I haven't paid the money to hear sorry from your end. I'm not interested to buy this product and i requested to return it on 2nd day but no action is taken by the Flipkart and a technician comes on 10th day and couldn't check the product properly and suggest me to go service center bcoz of 10th day. I want to inform you that completing 10 days wasn't my fault and i don't want to replace this product i want to refund my money.

I order an Iron from Flipkart and And received in a Damage condition, I raised a replacement request from the app and it's showing pick delay. When I spoke with an executive who told me to self-return as they don't have pickup facility and disconnect the call. If they delivered any product then they must have pickup facility, Incase they don't have pickup facility so they should deliver the genuine product. This Iron is useless for me, I want the replacement or refund my money.

Hi, I am staying near Electronic city Phase-1(Bangalore), But it's very disappointing to see that my current area pin code is not listed at all.

My current address is #Celebrity layout,08th Cross, Doddatogur village, Electronic City Phase-1, PIN-5600100

This is really disappointing that i like the product but not able to get the service/place the order. Today i was ordering Blue star water purifier (Blue Star Majesto RO 8 L RO) but unfortunately when i entered by location PIN it says Currently out of stock for 5600100.

Delivery was late by a day and the guy who came to give the delivery was highly impatient and arrogant.

My mail to them:
This is a pure lie that I was unavailable. I called the guy and requested them to deliver the product on time but he clearly said he will come after 8 pm. while placing the order I remembered checking the options of 10-5 pm.

Yesterday itself I requested them to deliver the product today before 11 am because I had a meeting to attend. But repeated reminders didn't work. And your delivery man came at 12 noon and calling me after every few minutes to take the order. I left my meeting in between to take my order but he didn't deliver my order saying that my phone with which I am exchanging is not correct. And the delivery guy left in a second. Very arrogant and rude behaviour. As per your policies, my phone was full filling all the criteria

Either you should refine your policies or stop making fool of customers.

This was my last dealing with you and now I am done with you guys and your pathetic service. I will make sure none of my relatives or friends uses your services so that they can save themselves from trouble.

I have returned a book and I have not got the refund I'm having neither the book nor refund I request flipkart to please give my refund.

I had purchased a Moto e3 and now it is causing problem for me. The phone gets hang...the internal memory is empty still it is getting hang.On clicking 1 the..board automatically gets change and the symbols open sometimes now it is causing a headache to me.

I have ordered a Samsung LED TV 32 inch on 17 June 2017 and the order was prepaid and I have already paid the full amount of the product but to my surprise today after several calls to Flipkart no engg came to install instead I have to make a complaint to Samsung wherein Samsung has sent their service engg the led to was broken as he opened the box. Now Flipkart is not providing me proper resolution or solution. Even now I want my money back. As Flipkart is not interested in giving my money back or product. Please help me as I have spent approx 19000. Rupees for a broken box that is not a TV.

One 24 june 2017 I ordered mobile on flipkart order ID OD109517341834772000, 26 june is my birthday so I was looking for early delivery and for that I paid extra Rs. 80 so I can delivery by 26 june 2017. When I checked with customer care on 26 june 2017 I got reply due to dealer problem you will get your mobile by 30 june 2017.

I was expecting mobile on my birthday but just because of flipkart I could not get mobile on my special day. I think Flipkart is trying to fool customer, had I known this before I would have purchase from other website.

I would suggest to everyone please don’t purchase anything from flipkart as they charge extra money from you and don’t meet expectations.

On june 6th i ordered the Winevilla Fashion Solid Women's Kurti(combo set) its worth was 475rs. When i got the kurti on Sat, 10th June.i am shocked that the one kurtis was missing. Immediately i returned request send . I need my refund amount for the combo kurtis. I complaint to the flipkart executive many time but all time returned request cancel from your side . From this date to up today i did not get any information about my refund amount from the flipkart. please accept my complaint and reply me soon about my refund.

SIR/MADAM,I gt my package but the 2 items are already missing, when i opend it seal is broken and its look like someone just cut the seal and already open and steal the items, i want my replacement, if your inspection network is poor then why did u running this...
