I d.v.ramana murthy i am using airtel 540 package (monthly). i am postpaid customer, now recently changed prepaid. i am facing some money problems 540/oscheme , i given a complaint February 2017, but problem not rectified. your people given a time 30 days some technical problem, we rectify but as on to day also the problem continue. i paid bills, last month they are charging me 1006/- bill. i requested customer car to reduce the bill they accepted, we sent bill within 24 hours, but in am not received any bill. your people disconnected service, is the way to collect the money, is the way to serve customers, in a big company dont do like, to suffer customers. otherwise tell me we dont give services, than we can change service another, 1006/- your people given me deducted 250/- the remaining balance 756/-. we ready to pay, hence i request you ple activate services and take payment. pl MU HONE NO 9963999746.

I recharged with 399. On 2nd june at 9:05 am. I have a scheme of Rs 399. In this scheme i get unlimited local and std calls and 70gb net 1gb /day for 70 days. But i got only 28 days benefit.

I want to change it in your records with mobile no. 9840740561. Also I am going abroad for longer period and during that time I will not be using TV. I will return in Jan'18. What should I do?

Customer care is why you need to solve the problem of customers, or to keep people out of work for those who are on duty, and if they are involved in fixing the issue, you will not take a call or take the money yourself. One or more of the customer interrupts your customer satisfaction or your customer care.

Please cancel broadband request and refund my amount, as i'm not interested in your services.

Hello, my sim card is lost by me in home and i see them every where but no found. its sim holder is other name but i buy sim and uses 10-12 year. please sir suggest me what i do?

I got a call for you person few days ago about porting my sim. I want to port my docomo sim to airtel, so I gave him all the details. After that I wanted prepaid sim but he told that offers is postpaid only. I am from dharwad so he asked me reference address for bangalore and he told he will send the sim to dharwad only. So I told I don't want post paid sim so please do not proceed. I wil go to near airtel office and port my sim and he agreed. After two day my parcel came to bangalore address but I told I have cancel it and called ur person and asked about that. But after my call he is not receiving my call or replying to my message. Already my sim is ported and I don't ve any sum with me. Pls reply soon or give me direct customer care contact I am going to complaint on that person and even on airtel people for your benefit you create so much problem to public.

Dear airtel,
We have taken your airtel connection of 16mbps speed last week. We are using 2 hours of software and sometimes 1 hour of youtube per day. We have got an information that 83GB got over within a week. There is no possible of 83GB usage within a week. We need proper response for our complain. Call immediately and give explanation. our landline num is 0422-4204358. our mobile number is 9500421166.

Consumption of main balance for using data. Worst service in india, I hate this. No one is taking responsibly.

Hello, i am really disappointed from airtel network.im using moto g 5 plus and i bought a new sim of airtel 4g plan of 70 days unltd call and 4g net. but i wont recieve any signal of 4g and even 3g network isnt working properly, even after changing my sim setting to 4g.. i am really frustrated from this poor service of airtel. Please fix it soon or ill change my sim on any other network.

My no. is 9463160697. My no. has been barred for past 10 days for not clearing my wifi bill, this is what I have been told. It's been more than a month when I called the toll free no. for not continuing the wifi services and they confirmed it on 4 May regarding the same. So I paid the bill for the month of April yet your company generated the bill for the month of May and when I refused they cut my no.

Had installed Airtell wi fi connection(CEF NO. 4487619 dt 16/05/2017 ) Land line no.45458818, by paying 3months adv.pmt of Rs 3100 in 2017 . Connection was activated on 19/5/2017 & for a week v annoying mail renders were sent for pmts. After clearing this fiasco now persistence reminders r mailed for a GHOST NO. 01193508482, providing usage details & extra pmt. for that.These types of errors/mistakes r very common with Aietell & about 8years ago had to disconnect my land line no. for the very same reasons. Bravo -you dont learn from ur mistakes just because of ur large customer base. KEEP IT UP.

1)I have taken a new landline cum wifi connection about two days back.I have asked for a good number to the sales executive and he has promised the same. I have been given number 49532705.You have given a fast job in giving the connection ..However am not happy with the number allotted to me.Appreciate if you can give me few options to chose a number of my choice than you fixing a number of your choice.

I was having really good experience with airtel especially with 4g internet connection till last one week but now I can't get proper network (internet connection) even a Google page won't load have to wait for few minutes with every click. iys not only with my phone but others airtel users in my area. Hope you can fix the problem and this won't happen in future.

In-spite of our repeated request with your Sakivihar Road,Powai, Mumbai since last 15days & with your customer care, no one from your end called us / attended our call. We have 7 airtel numbers at our office and we have located at Mumbai powai area on 2nd floor. I don't know why your network and Service is so poor. We have ported to airtel just because it's a Indian company, pl do send your technician/engineer immediately OR we again port our self to other service provider.

hi,
i am facing the network issue from last one week in my prepaid sim no.8185948096 full network given in terrace but in the room network is ... nothing please resolve this issue. i am regular costumer of air tel using 2 prepaid and one postpaid sim and Dish TV also use.

I was using 4G Data card for the past 2 years in my Area. But now for the past one week I am not able to use Internet due to poor/No Network in my Area. This I brought it to the Notice of Airtel helpline several times and also went to their Showroom twice. Then gave a mail complaint also . They promised to attend the the problem in 2 hours, 24 hours. But even after 96 hours nothing happened. I am suffering in the same No internet connection. Will they do something to set right this. My No is 7358290376.
