Infinity portable plan not implemented
Dear Sir/Madam, My self Amit, i was idea user earlier my cell no.(8108450202), some airtel sales executive Shilpa Sable (her cell no.9004958767) inconvenienced me convert my Idea no. to Airtel with plan of infinity where I would have get 10gb/4G data but after covering my number they are telling plan has already stopped on 2nd May so I am not able to get those plan now. This false information provided Miss.Shilpa Sable, If Would know that this plan has expired on 2nd may I would have not convert my Idea no. Request you please look into matter.If it is not sorted out by your end, I would have no option to go with Consumer Court.

Change of plan
Dear sir, my plan was 849 & 30 gb data. Without my call it has been changed to999/-. Please go for previous plan. Till 17 may 2017 I received msg about 30gb plan i.e you have been consumed 30gb data. When I called at ur call centre they told me that plan 50 gb and 999/-and 46 gb is balanced till new bill cycle 26may 2017. Please check all this and change to previous plan 849 /-&30 gb
Bad experience with Airtel as a customer
My number is 8167393684. I recharge 399 ,all call + per day 1 GB free for 70 days. And same time I recharge with 244 1 GB per day + Airtel to Airtel call 70 days. But I can excess only 1 GB when I have to get 2 GB per day. Make a Call to customer care and they misbehave with me twice they cut my call and not co-operate with me. They told me I could get 1 GB per day only but I paid for 2 GB , they did not mentioned on their teamsand conditions even they did not get my money back.

No internet comming, sim changed but no signal coming
I bearer of sim no 7710904206, I recharge for 91 for internet but no net is coming then I went to airtel gallery, sim changed but no signal coming in navy nagar. Again after one day sim changed but no signals are coming. How ican make call or message for new sim no to activate. Very bad experience for first time for airtel. Pl do the activation of sim8991921799972988526u.

I am using cell no.+91 9998962474 and +91 9998962475 since long time. I need itemized bill of both numbers in my email id shaji.varkey@ril.com on regular basis after once the bill get generated. Hoping for the kind support and co-operation from your kind soon.
Payment confirmation not received
Dear Team,
I made the online payment for my airtel number 7087974404 yesterday for an amount of INR 575. The money was deducted from my card but the airtel sight shows payment unsuccessful. I did not receive any message for my payment. Still my amount from my debit card also shows 575 Rs deducted. Please help.

Respected sir. I have a prepaid mobile no, 9936343000 & I am residing at LIG 112 A.D.A. Colony, Preetam Nagar, Sulemsarai, Allahabad UP, 211011. In this area, we are not receiving the 3g network since 6 months. Kindly provide full 3g network to us like other network i.e, Idea, Vodofone, Bsnl etc.

Query about recharge
Hi, i am ansh user of airtel mobile no 9501950711. Tomorrow i recharged my phone with Rs 123 to ge benifit of scheme, which I check i.e recharge of 123 get 115TT. but when I recharged I get 230minutes till 6 june thats really disappointing. so i am requesting to refund my money.
New sim also not receiving signals
We have prepaid airtel services for our mobile, we have balance of Rs.200'-. In addition we have 28 days validity pack for Rs.349/- (unlimited) prepaid. Our calls are not going out. Your signal is very very poor now a days. We met your branch office at Kukatpally, Hyderabad. They changed the sim. Even after this we could not dial out going calls. why all this happens? We could not use your 28 days package. You charge us without service.

Porting issue
The worst customer support i have ever experienced. I have requested for porting my postpaid to prepaid no. from bangalore to delhi and its been already 2 weeks but still not happened. you ppl are just keep on forwarding my calls and still with zero result. Our complain that i have booking your company a new setup box installation before two days passed. but your cc no respond & no install. i have contact so more time. answered me, yes , call back, but no call no function. so i request quick action our problem.
