I received the IPL ticket in a bad condition from bookmyshow team. When I made a complaint to the support team, they didn't respond properly. I never expected such a bad response from the bookmyshow team.

I was pre registered for bahubali 2.. but tickets are not confirmed... i got a apologize msg from book my show.com & also refunded my amount but the issue is i was paid 380 rupees.. but refund amount is i got 305... 75 rupees are charges for payment gateway.. if tickets are not confirmed how could u take payment gateway charges... is it correct?

I have booked 4 tickets on 29/04/17 for 6.10pm show at faridabad pvr for the film bahubali ( HINDI) and an amount of 919 rupees has been deducted from my account. but i have received a transaction failed message. I tried to call your customer care number at that moment. Unlucky at that time all your customer care executives were busy. So please do the needful.

We booked the tickets on 29th april and our payment was done successfully through net banking SBI. But our cinema tickets were not booked. The payment made was Rs.534.78.
