Yesterday I travelled by ola cab at Patna. the driver demanded cash despite funds available in ola money account, which I paid. Thereafter I received a mail on above mail id mapped with ola cabs that olamoney account debited. while trying to lodge complaint wrong option was selected and my account has been blocked. Pl unblock my account.

When I registered the account in ola then and show that ur account is blocked now. how I unblocked my account...

Plzz unblock my ola account.. it was not my mistake due to some internet prob n my phone get hanged while booking a cab.. by that many cabs were got booked.. so plzz unblock n unsuspend my account again i will be very thankful to u.. as ur service is very good.. so i need it alot. In that ola money wallet is 1200 Rupees.

My brother has forgotten his phone in ola cab. Now cab driver is not receiving my call. how i can get back my phone.

I had a pre booking of OLA cab this morning at 9:15 am. All along till 9:20 am, my booking was shown schedule. Suddenly, to my horror, I discovered, that my ride is cancelled by the OLA management, leaving my under deep trouble. Under such circumstances, I had no other choice but to go for OLA share, which I do not prefer, unless, this is extremely needed. I am surprised, how such thing can be happened, when OLA is doing business on PAN India basis, and people has become used to opt for OLA cab on their need. May I ask OLA Management, whether, they have taken people's trust on ride?

For the first time I used Ola money. Put in 599Rs, plus 149 as Ola share pass. The rides were Rs 70 each? How did I exhaust the amount in 6 trips? Had to pay for the 7 th trip. In the mean time, the ola Ap shows as 3 rides left. I must understand the billing for me to trust you and put in more money? Please do explain.

I downloaded the ola app for the first time and my experience was very bad with your company, this is the way how you treat your customers. It is really disgusting.

I booked the ola auto from huday city center metro station to go to my office which is situated in Udyog Vihar phase 4. I booked the ola auto 2 times and your driver cancelled it straightaway. I thought your app will be helpful for me to reach to my destination quickly and it will cheaper but for the first time only you treated in this way. I am uninstalling the app now I will go with Uber atleast they don't treat their customer like this and never recommend anybody to install your app. You all just created the bad impression on your customer.

I'm vincent, I booked my cab today (23.03.2017) morning at 9.04 am. wherein i got tagged to a driver Mr. Ramamurthy A, since he is little away few kms. He told me to cancel the cab from my end, However i informed him that since he wanted to cancel i told him to do it and which i cant do it, on saying this he used very bad language. i called him second time for enquiring how can he speak like this, for the second time too he spoke in such a bad way.

The drivers are so abusive & manner less. They even dont bother serving customers. I was a customer of Ola from day one, I really lost the image of OLA service today because of him.

OLA IS NOT SAFE

Just wanted to share this disturbing experience with all.

Today at about 3 PM, my wife booked an Ola cab to come​ to my office in East Delhi. En route, the driver quietly switched off the navigation, and started driving in a diametrically opposite direction.

Suddenly my wife found herself near Batla house in some dingy back lane with lots of men hanging around.

When she called me and raised the alarm, I çalled Ola helpline, and they confirmed that the driver was off the navigation path.

Meanwhile my wife started shouting, but the guy never stopped the car. Somehow she was able to jump out and hail an autorickshaw which was passing by.

Even then the Ola driver followed the auto, asking her to get back in the cab.

In the meanwhile, I had already called the cops and when my wife reached near my office, the policemen recorded her statement and then we filed a formal complaint at the police station.

Surprisingly, even though we informed Ola about this scary incident, there was not a single call from them to enquire if things were ok with us etc.

I wonder, if such a thing can happen in broad daylight, what would happen if a single woman books Ola at night!!!

So just a word of caution to all. I'm convinced that Ola is definitely not safe for women.

I booked for micro car from my place to home place and viewed the Rate card which showed an estimate around 380 - 425. But they have sent prime car. Due to emergency I rode in the same vehicle. The distance from my pick up to destination would come around 25 - 28 kms only. But the driver drove the vehicle for 52.8. Kms for which I paid the amount unnecessarily. Estimate was 425 but actually charged was 843. My ola wallet got debited but the driver collected cash stating that he has problem in bank account details. Then why are you offering online payment?? When will I get refund?? What action are you going to take on driver?? What action are you going to take for sending the wrong vehicle at higher cost which I have to bear unnecessarily. Very poor service.

My account has been suspended bcz i hv cancelled the booking 4 times but 3 times ur driver has no called me and 10mins not wait cab that swhy i cancelled the booking.

For my number, the charge is being shown as double of what appears for others. For Ola share also, I got Rs. 428 charged, where as for others the App was showing Rs.180.

This is not fair. Is this because we trust Ola and using it? If we use for more times, do you apply triple fare for us? Don't you want long term customers ?

My Ola money deducted w/o my concern. even i saw an ongoing trip on my app which i didn't booked. This happens twice or thrice in past. Need the issue resolved & my money back.

Guys, I have written multiple times that I am not able to use to OLA App. I am a regular user of OLA. I use Iphone 6s where my applications are working but ola app is not working from last four days. You guys have sent 11714 ride bill and deducted 1000 buks from Ola money. Need answer...

Few days ago my account has suspend in suddenly i don't know about that is too wast apps...Ola it's better then uber.they can't do like this Nd all..

Regarding the ride I had with Ola on 11/4/17 .i had paid for the destination that I had booked for in the Ola share but was forced to drop down before my destination with the others due to the technical issues from ur company and so I need an action to n taken regarding this matter, hope u guys revert back.

We have booked ola auto ride yesterday(15th April) afternoon. Got the confirmation. Also received SMS if confirmation. But there was no response from driver even we have called 4 times & no reply. Finally we have to cancel the ride. Today also after confirmation if of ride, we get message for cancellation of ride from driver. Why????? We are not able to utilize Ola money.

I Dibyendu Ghosh booked a Share cab for my wife , who is a Pregnant woman . Booked from Barahnagar , starting location ISI BT Road and drop location is near Bidhannagar Railway Station . Driver picked her up crossed Bidhannagar Railway station , and reached at Saltlake , which is far from my wife's drop location . As per Driver drop location is not showing in his mob, whether that drop location is still showing proper in my wif's mob app.

I travelled on 17th april by ola in bangalore airport.The driver collected the money for the drive and also ola application deducted money from ola cradit also.I called them and sent a email,but there is no response...Poor service my compliant no is: 43531690.. Guys never select the ola.
