I have ordered 2 Acer laptop with order Id OD508496667970581000 . (Acer ES 15 Core i3 6th Gen - (4 GB/500 GB HDD/Linux) UN.GKQSI.003 ES1-572 Notebook).

Please Note the operating system mentioned in product description is ubuntu/linux.

I tried to install ubuntu in those two laptop, but none of them is supporting ubuntu. Then I tried with trial version of window 7 , with which wifi is not working in both the laptops.

Then I raised a request for refund. I got call from call centre that this product will not be refunded and I have to install windows 10 to use it.

My question is :

1) Why this information is not mentioned in website so that I could not have bought this product?
2) Why in website it is mentioned that OS as linux/ ubuntu when it is not supporting linux/Ubuntu.

I am feeling cheated by flipkart.

I buy a Philips headphone and order I'd. 508533031029714000. Has been cancel. And canceled by delivery day. And reason are show courier partner was unable to deliver address. But not deliver this address so what add to order. So pls. Solve my problem. And not solve my problem so I go to consumer court.

Sir, I bought a "Sonata 7987YM04J Analog Watch - For Men".
But I got small size that I have seen in flipkart... So I need to replace and refund for the product. Kindly inform the procedure of replacement of this product.

I buy a Lenovo phone through Flipkart on very second day phone start hanging not perform up to the mark as mentioned on site. I place a request for replacement Flipkart executive are saying they that technician will visit in 24 hours but itz a fifth day today still there technician didn't visit yet n I only received a msg tht we trying to contact u bt there is no call I received from them yet. They refusing to refund also. Plz guys don't buy expensive products from online sites. They are fake and after selling they r not responsible for anything.

I have ordered gisa loafers shoe for my birthday on 13th day after tomorrow 1 week back now I got delivery and I paid him 450 to delivery and opened it I got shocked by seeing it. my mom had started to scold me. I have called delivery boy who called me that number but I can't connect him. and later I called consumer care and complained about it. they have done replacement I get it by 20th it's seems. Because of their mistake I have to suffer, if he comes to me take return that shoe I will kick him. this will be my last shopping In flipkart f***off.

I Want to have words with advertisement handling department of Flipkart so it would be good of my if I can get the email.

I am from draksharama, ramachandrapuram mandal east godavari andhrapradesh. i buy a washing machine at 6 Mont's later but always problem is in spinning mode. so many times I complain about that they are come and repair after 3 or 4 days it will be same problem. so Plzz do something otherwise I'll case against you at court.

I have received a mobile which is defective. I am not happy with this and want my money back. I have been clubed with flipkart for a long time and don't expect such things to happen. I had a conversation and was told that the amount will not be refunded but the defective piece will be replaced. I am not interested in any other mobile and want my cash back. I hope you understand and do the needful so we have healthy relation in future.

Last week I placed a order from my registered mobile no. 8510888044 for casio watch and 30th of March a courier received but after opened up my courier my watch was missing same issue shared with your customer rep. & Promise to get resolution by 3rd april still no resolution received but in your flipkart app showing order delivered.

dear flipkart you are reputed and well know company in India and I do not want to demolished your image please give my resolution as soon as possible.

My order no is OD108806674679868000. its rear camera dose not open and its addition lens are also useless. its mean When we set the lens, it opens up completely and all its small lenses come out. I call the customer care no 1800 208 9898 and talked to Mr. Rahul and his senior that you replace this phone. They refused to file my complaint. When flipkart offers the option to change or return products in 10 days, what is the problem they have or Flipkart only writes for people to become stupid.

This to inform you that we are not buying things from your ( flipcart ) only , we have purchased several online shopping .

Our Complain is that the ecart deiveryman was either inexperienced / did"nt have faith on us Mobile No of the deliveryman 9031958085 are as follows ;-

1. The deliveryman was delivering the parcel from the from outside our gate i.e from the road itself. demanding the amount from the itself.
2. After 5 mins of conversation he came inside the gate ( inside campus ).
3. Then we requested to give the parcel to see the product we have ordered is mentioned over the parcel (pasted / sticked ) for this he understood what we dont know what he understand we think he understood to open the parcel ultimately we could not make him understand this repeatedly we dont want to open the parcel before the payment (10,999).
4. He was sticked to his statement that you give me payment first.
5. On this he finally said that he will not delivered went and finally gave a comment product verification couldnt be done HENCE the order has been rejected.

We need the same product we have to order again it can be reordered. And it is my request to you and Your flipcart team that this you send experienced deliveryman and kindly inform 3 hrs before in time the day. see that this time nothing chaos happens.
