My mobile no.is 9205573296. I am very upset again and again extra alert is activated on my number, i have contacted to customer care it was stopped but again it was started. My balance deducted also. Pls stop this services and refund my balance, i do not require these services in future. If do not happened this i will change to another network company.

I took the new airtel broadband connection upto 2mbps speed. but my same and next plots neighbours getting 16 mbps speed. so please upgrade my 2 mbbs to 26 mbps. And i asked the airtel person he also told my here is available at 16 mbps speed. pls make upgrade the spped asap.

My complaint is my huge bill amount. I am not going to pay that huge amount because too many services are activated on my airtel postpaid number without my permission. Even after am deactivating them then after some days they are automatically activated on my number 8894315157. last month am clear all my bills and cancel all that activities on my number that am not using. but today i'll got a call from 9599199689 at 4:47 pm and they told me that you have a bill around 3000 or 4000. I told him that am not going to paid that huge amount coz last month i'll clear all my bills and stop all services and it is not right. Then he told me that i'll put my complaint here and am also clear that am only paid bill around 1000. Because last month i'll clear my airtel postpaid bill in airtel office dharamshala. This bill amount is unauthorized and i'll go in the consumer court and case against it.

I have requested for permanently disconnect the service of airtel postpaid no 8197946416 on Nov 2016, the next day I received the call from your employ asking to convert the number from postpaid to prepaid service, and she didn’t explain any converting procedure also (even I didn’t know about the procedure), after I had stopped to use the number and even I couldn’t show much interest in that due to my work pressure. But after 3 months i received a call and they informed that the account has not been cancelled and the existing amount is 2571/- and I called customer care for enquiry and also nearest airtel office but I didn’t get any solution. And you guys made my alternate no (9902284524 airtel) banned outgoing call, This is really very bad and hurts me lot & affecting my personal & professional life. Please take necessary action regarding this and please remove the existing amount from the bill. For anything please call or send message this alternate no 9902284524.

Sir, very proudly to say that I am using airtel broadband,at the time of connection mr. varis your sales executive has committed about 50 percent discount in a month and unlimited local & std call but when I called at 121 services they have not confirmed about my 50 percent discount so please let me confirm about the reality of my connection. I am a airtel user (Mb.no-8413860438) recharged 349/- on 15/03/17 by seeing your impressive offer FREE CALL+1GB data daily, I can use only free call but not getting 1GB data daily being using 4G handset (Micromax Canvas Unite pro 4G). Hope you would solve the matter without delay.

We had taken a corporate connection ph no. 7338178701 to 705. the bill pertaining to the same has been paid by cheque no.080492 dtd: 26.12.2016 for Rs.3420.00 with receipt acknowledgement number 5167199 with a disconnection request and the same has been posted to you in january. but still no action has been taken from your end and again and again we are getting the bill/mail/calls to make payment for the connection which has been disconnected. please look in.

I am not getting a good experience from airtel. Customer care lied to me and activated another plan on my number. I have got many issues related to networks also. I request you to please take action as soon as possible.

I have completely not used broad band no044 62867229 in my home for the month of February 2017.but i airtel has sent full bill for Rs1499/-due to lack of customer advice i made bill payment for the month of February -2017 fully as i have received,I also paid next bill for the month of March 2017 fully as i received from airtel.

Being a regular customer of Airtel i request you levy bill charges fully for the month of February-2017,hence i have not use the broad band from 01.02.2017 to 01.03.2017. moreover i have paying my bill regularly in time,eventhough i am having greivances,airtel has charged penalty for late payment.please go through mt track record and penalty imposed to be reversed. Immediate action on this requested.

I recharged my no with data pack information is as under
RS 19 3g 45mb 28 days and I received 110 mb 2g for 2 days

it was not a big amount but fraud and cheating done by your customer care it was atrocious. the above offer was available on my no *121#. The customer care and your higher authority 's words are as under

"Sir if you do recharge through retailer then you will get 2g and if you do by your handset then you will get 3g."

what is this????? few days prior I recharged my no with the recharge of rs348(3g/4g) by the retailer then why I didn't get 2g as per the comments of customer care and there higher authority.

if these are the such conditions then they need to mention the t&c in the offer. this is all delude cheating fraud or your own staff is not clear with the concepts of the offer. this is the 3rd time these types of fraud is being done with me but earlier I ignored. I am the one and there may be millions like me ,who are getting these problems. Is this is your way to earn money. that's why the company is not growing like Vodafone and Jio.

keep some deserved employees and policy makers in your company.

Such a irresponsible customer care i ever seen in my life. From one hour am trying to reach them, they are not attending the call only... And its very difficult to find out the calling option.
